Hi. I just downloaded the app and it won’t load. I clicked to register with apple and then it just displays a green loading icon followed by either “unable to connect “ or “timed out “. Can you please help me? I’ve already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it still won’t work.

How to fix Museum app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Museum app on iPhone
Update Museum app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Museum iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Museum on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Museum network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Museum Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Museum not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Museum App
1. On android, goto Settings » Museum » click [Force Stop]

Update Museum to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Museum App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Museum » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Museum.

Fix Museum unable to contact server/ Museum internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Museum » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Museum » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Museum
