I never got my refund

Inmate unable to connect or call me. I get a notice saying the inmate wants to connect and no call.

I have been waiting on technician to contact me for a hour now After I paid the dollar - Then I get a text to download an app for fast help So I did and it says it send me a link and it hasn’t- This app is shitty and I’m seeing why- matches the customer service. Can I lease have help ?????

I try to open my messages and it keeps crashing. Not sure why. Help!

I no longer get notifications when my husband is online and my phone no longer rings when he calls. And if by chance I do get a call from him (maybe once in 3 weeks) the video freezes or disconnects. What is going on?

I deleted a contact and now the video call does not function. Please advise

I can’t upload a video on video message. It was working before, but today it’s not.

The video calls been disabled and my picture is surrounded bright pink color.

I have a homewav account and i added my inmate to my account but his name is not showing up! It also alerts me when my inmate is online even though his name doesnt show up when hes not

I made the wrong decision to delete the app & now it just keeps trying to connect been going on for a day now! All the money I spend to just talk to a loved one & for this to not work is ridiculous

App stuck on connecting, deleted and reinstalled app still occurring

My app will ring but it won't show up or let me see where they are calling so I can't answer when my husband is calling

It is NOT connecting, I’ve deleted app then reinstalled it over & over still no process but once to put money on the account then it was no connection again since that. What’s the problem?
