I no longer get notifications when my husband is online and my phone no longer rings when he calls. And if by chance I do get a call from him (maybe once in 3 weeks) the video freezes or disconnects. What is going on?

IPhone 12 Pro Max iOS Version 15.5 (19F77) … just updated a few days ago …. Inmate and I can send videos but inmate says I am not online when they try to call me but my phone says I am online …
