If I could give them 0 stars I would. I rely on this app every single day as I don’t have a car & my job is 8 min away. With each passing day they disappoint me much more. They were great at first until these several problems arisen. 1) they no longer notify you when driver is assigned, near, or arrived. You have to check the app. 2) I don’t have a problem with drivers being “independent contractors” but there have been a handful of times my cab never came or was very late 3) Just today I went to add a new payment method and tried logging back in but error messages keep popping up.
I like this service because it’s cheap but I might have to use Uber from now on even though their prices aren’t my favorite. At least I’m never late to work with them and they actually ASK where in particular I’d like to be dropped off and read the info I provide. I’ve been such a very loyal customer spending AT LEAST $180 MONTHLY for your service but that will definitely change. Uber is going to run you into the ground 😡
Worst driver ever

I’d never use Country Cab again, one driver argued with me over how I should pay my fair, he wanted me to pay in cash I didn’t have cash I wanted to use my credit card, he went so far as to tell me I should always have cash… I called and complained to the supervisor and he couldn’t care less there was no apology just an absolute lack of concern, WORSE cab service ever !!!!!

I’ve played with this app for 23 mins and it still doesn’t work right. Won’t let me book in advanced half the time, won’t let me switch credit cards. Every time I close it and reopen I get something different. Frustrating. They clearly didn’t ask a traveler to design this. I can fix this design in 2 mins
