I think iStratusNotebookPlanner could be good…but I can’t find a good guide or video that really explains how to do things. I haven’t found a way to see my week or month to see what’s coming at me to be able to prepare for those things. I just started with it and am going to attempt to keep using it. I can’t find a way to import things in other apps, so I have to start from scratch adding all my stuff and finding the time to do that is almost impossible so it just makes it ANOTHER app I have to reference to make sure I have everything. Maybe later I can come back and give it a better rating but at this point the set up time and the fact that I can’t look at my week & month (like a calendar view) is ALMOST making me not want to even invest any time into the set up.
Had the free version for a few months then went proto be able to consolidate my passwords vault from another app.
I’ve tried many organizer apps over the years- this one is good bang for the buck. I just wish I could get it on my non M1 MacBook Pro

It has a lot of handy tools I need to have on such an app and lets me organize and customize however works best for me. I first thought it was going to be too busy and be too complicated for me. But really it isn’t. I stuck with it and after a couple of days using it I’ve become familiar with it. Now I think I would miss it if I didn’t have it anymore! I really like iStratusNotebookPlanner a lot. I would recommend it to others who need to have their to do lists and calendar events written down in front of them to see in order to keep their lives on track like I do. The best thing about it too is I haven’t paid anything for it. I’ve paid for apps that do similar things but weren’t as easy or as effective at keeping my life in order so I don’t get behind. Thank you for making iStratusNotebookPlanner a reality. I almost feel like you made iStratusNotebookPlanner specifically for me. It fits me very well. I don’t have anything negative to say about it. I’m very happy with it.

The best app installed on my iPhone. With iStratusNotebookPlanner, I got my life back. I’m in control of everything I need to live happily and stress free. It’s fully customizable to fit your individual need. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll never let it go.
I use it all the time. I use it for my daily work, family events, shopping lists, just about anything. I like being able to have more than just simple notes in an event.
The recent UI changes make it even easier to find what I’m looking for.
iStratusNotebookPlanner is awesome. I use it more than any other app on my phone because it does basically everything. It’s a day planner, a password vault, and an easy and visually appealing way to access my Dropbox. It is intuitive and has every feature I need to plan my day and organize my life.
I use iStratus every day, more than any other app on my phone except maybe for text messaging. You can tell that the developers of iStratusNotebookPlanner are also avid users. I know some other folks that use iStratus too. Some live off of their “Keep-In-Mind”, some use daily Todos all the time, others primarily use the File Cabinet. I use them all!
After a year or so installing a variety of apps I came back to iStratus. It’s by far the best organizer app I have ever used. I was able to customize it to suit my needs and don’t plan on wasting any more time and money on other apps.
My only complaint is the text size. I wish there was a way to enlarge the text.
Great app. Does some many things that it allows you to use one app instead of several others. I still haven’t learned all that it can do.
A little complicated to get started but the customer service is great. When I hit a snag my email questions were answered very quickly and in a friendly manner.
Price for extra features are a good value.
IStratus has totally revamped how I manage my day, and the day of my family. My favorite features are the PDF maker and the ability to add files to calendar events. This is incredibly useful for doctors appointments, or scheduling children’s events. The PDF maker is so convenient, it makes going paperless an incredibly convenient experience, and it’s all self contained in one app. I don’t know what I ever did before IStratus.
Great all in one app. I wish I could get this for my pc/laptop. I've used several calendar/notepad type apps, but this one takes integration to an entirely new, GREAT level. Tightly linked inside iStratusNotebookPlanner . Love the vault section. Only problem I have with the password protection is that, even though I've activated facial recognition, it still asks me for my password to get into the vault or unlock a locked file
Enjoy using iStratus daily. I am a retired school teacher who still believes in staying organized iStratus is a modern version of a PDA(personalized digital assistant) The only thing I see tweaking is finding a way for your folders to automatically move to the next day. I do it manually. If I have a good signal they sync. If not it syncs cat snails pace Highly recommended Worth buying I have had it now for 5 or 6 years
I searched for quite a while for a useful calendar program. I tried iStratus and found that it’s not only a great calendar program but so much more. One of the things I missed in the past was the ability to incorporate tasks into my calendar. IStratus does this. If I have tasks that I don’t complete today, they are automatically carried over for as long as needed. Lots of versatility and so much more. Checklists, notes, files. It’s a great app to have.
Still learning all of the things I can do with it but so far it is great. I don’t love that I need drop box to share my todos with others. I use apple iOS and would like for it to work like the calendar does where you can invite certain people to share. Maybe that will come along in the future... still this is a great product for one person to keep everything in one place and on one screen.
UPDATE: I CANNOT BELIEVE ITS BEEN 10 YEARS! 😳

First if you’ve never had iStratusNotebookPlanner before it is actually the best organizer, day planner, to do keeper, file keeper, trip planner, need to remember anything, app there is! I’ve been using it for years! Can’t recommend it enough! They are working out some bugs and I know this for fact… iStratusNotebookPlanner can do anything for you anywhere anytime...it is the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen and I’m not exaggerating!
