This app is a subscription and you pay $7 dollars a month. You have to look in the description and read though it to see that it’s not free. Maybe that’s on me for not looking in the description, but I think they should put the cost next to the app icon which is what most other apps do. Also, I gave it only one stars only because I haven’t even used the app but I’m deleting it after writing this because I don’t want to pay. And from what I’ve heard from the other reviews, you have to log in every time you want to open up the app! And, I find it kinda weird how, in the Terms of Service, their is discoloration on the screen. The background of the text is discolored in some areas.

I’ve been charged $7.99 month after month for this app. I don’t have a subscription. I tried messaging a “coach” via the app but without a subscription I can message. So, I’m paying for a subscription that I don’t want yet I don’t have the features a subscriber would have so why am I being charged $7.99? I’ve tried to “cancel” the subscription in my apps and via the website. Both say I do not have a subscription. I tried providing feedback using the feedback feature on the app. I’ve received no reply and I’m still being charged. This is fraud and stealing. I want my money back.

Each time I try to change my run plan, I am prompted to purchase a subscription. The last time this happened, I was charged three times. Apple refunded the duplicate charges, but I was frustrated it happened in the first place. It’s a decent app otherwise, but I’m frustrated enough to stop using it. It seems that you cannot even give feedback on the app if you don’t have subscription, which is why I’m leaving this here.
