If the new version would move to horizontal it would be great. I use my iPad all day for planning trips and I prefer to hold it horizontally. The radar looks much better that way and the "future" hours are are available the way I like in the old version.

Within the last couple of days you've added pop up game ads that come on whenever you try to click on different parts of the weather app. It's intrusive and obnoxious! Pop ups are blocked on my phone and the fact that you have linked them to aspects of using your weather app have made it so irritating that I'm no longer going to use your app! I loved your app and thought it was the best one around before you decided to raise money with these obnoxious pop ups. Bye!

Like the weather team, hate the weather AP. AP loads maybe one in five attempts. Hopefully WSAW’s AP works better.

Too many ads and it locks up too often.
Have to restart to get it to open.

I loved 9StormTrack until recently. Now there are full page ads for games that you have to wait to close. VERY disappointing. I will be looking for a new weather app!

9StormTrack is good when it works. But it isn’t reliable. It will stay on the home page and lock up. I use it for work a lot but it’s hard to use it when it doesn’t work.

Use to be my favorite weather app but the last few months it has gone downhill...takes a few tries to open it to start with. Sometimes it reverts to Jan 1st rainy and 100°...yeah ok...and the map hardly ever loads...hate the new map! A lot of the time it doesn’t even show the current weather just hourly???? Quit trying to fix something that wasn’t broke in the first place!

I’ve been getting a lot of errors trying to open this up. It tells me this application isn’t available with my location. I’m home. I haven’t moved. Somethings wrong with 9StormTrack now. Please fix it

The only seems to open correctly 1 out of 10 times. If I am lucky enough it decides to work then I get the ‘can’t find gps location’ message. I used to recommend this weather app to friends and now I have had to rely on other news outlets maps that actually open and don’t have bugs.

They send out 3-4 notifications per day about the weather in general. I don’t need or want them. You have option to get wide range of notifications depending on the season/type of weather situation. But there’s no way to deselect all of the general ones talking about the forecast and how much precipitation fell. So I ended up turning off all notifications via phone settings. Too bad 9StormTrack used to be better.

Love 9StormTrack , use it everyday. I’m just annoyed on the fact that it’s not optimized to the iPhone X yet. A couple things you need to do is.

-optimize 9StormTrack so it can also fit the iPhone X screen.
-Get rid of ads. NO ONE WANTS TO SEE THEM. Y’all make enough as it is, if ya want more you can do a FUNDRAISER.

-Please... GET RID OF THE ADS. And OPTIMIZE 9StormTrack ALREADY

9StormTrack was great when it first launched. Now, after several updates, the radar takes a long time to upload before it starts the motion. Frustrating and I’m on he edge of deleting 9StormTrack. You can do better channel 9!

Constant notifications ruined 9StormTrack for me. It was nice getting notifications for important weather updates, storms, warnings etc. The notifications now are excessive and I had to turn them off making 9StormTrack less useful than it used to be

It does its job, and tells you the weather. However, ads are in very distracting areas, and are very annoying. Also, I’d love for 9StormTrack to give me the option of a widget on my home screen. Then I don’t have to open 9StormTrack all the time just to see the temp outside. It’s the little things that count. It does its job, but certainly could be better.

Last winter and through the summer it worked great and always kept us up to date on anything coming but now it has stopped sending me weather alerts. My settings haven’t been changed and are correct. I’ve tried turning them off and on and even uninstalling and reinstalling the entire app. Nothing has worked. Very disappointing.

It helps a lot when I’m at school, but there are so many notifications.

There are many days I can’t get into 9StormTrack at all. It won’t open up. When I can get in I love the program. I don’t like having 2 weather apps on my phone.

This is by far the best weather app! If I could give a million stars I would! I honestly can't think of anything that needs improvements. Everything u want to know about forecast is in the palm of your hand. Brilliant!

In the past week, when I go to open 9StormTrack on my I-Pad it says “Failed to load GPS location” and I am unable to get any further. Was there an update that broke it?

Work great but lately 9StormTrack does not open. I need to turn off my phone and turn it on again then it might open.

Loved 9StormTrack for my local weather. Info and map is excellent. Except the past few months 9StormTrack is always jamming up and won’t open forcing me to go to Accuweather or some other local TV channel. I’d rather use Channel 9 Application. You need to get your tech people to fix this asap

The radar never shows anything. It can be pouring rain outside my window, yet the map shows nothing. Nada. Clear skies. I've played around with the settings, layers, and transparency, but nothing helps.
