Ralph's pharmacy log-in? Hasn't been working for at least a week. On any of my browsers, and on the app on my iPhone. Getting kind of frustrating. Emailing them got no response.
I have been Unable to log into app in store. Now I am having issues to log in anywhere.
I am not getting credit for pharmacy purchases. I picked up prescription and purchased a gift card at the window and nothing showed up on the app
I can't get the app to work. It keeps telling me "It's unable to access the authentication service". I'm not the only one having this issue. Please fix the app, my email and password are correct. Thank you.
When I'm using a web browser, I have no problem logging in. But since about 2 weeks ago, when I try to log into the Ralphs app, I always get this error message: "Unable to access the authentication service." The app has never worked for me, I’ve never been able to clip any deals, the app crashes. It can’t even get my location for the store I choose. Worthless. I’d rather choose vons since it feels like I’m being suckered in with the deals but can’t even use it
Just moved to San Diego. I don't want to go to Alberertson's. I like Kroger and Fry's. When I this was to register for Ralph's website, it says my email is already in use, so I logged in using my Fry's credentials. I'm giving your pickup service a try, and have placed an order and installed the app. But the app refuses to allow me to login, telling me "Unable to access the authentication service." How can I sign in on my iPad with touch screen.. Every time I have to enter my email and password. I have touch screen on Ralph app on my iPhone but not on my iPad
