Ralph's pharmacy log-in? Hasn't been working for at least a week. On any of my browsers, and on the app on my iPhone. Getting kind of frustrating. Emailing them got no response.
I have been Unable to log into app in store. Now I am having issues to log in anywhere.
I am not getting credit for pharmacy purchases. I picked up prescription and purchased a gift card at the window and nothing showed up on the app
I can't get the app to work. It keeps telling me "It's unable to access the authentication service". I'm not the only one having this issue. Please fix the app, my email and password are correct. Thank you.
When I'm using a web browser, I have no problem logging in. But since about 2 weeks ago, when I try to log into the Ralphs app, I always get this error message: "Unable to access the authentication service." I've tried changing my password, resetting the app & I even uninstalled & reinstalled the app. None of those helped, I still get the error message.
When I attempt to login to Ralphs, I get a message that reads : We're having trouble with sign in right now. Please disable any pop up or ad blockers and try again. I never any changes to my Microsoft Edge Settings. I still went into my settings and turned off the tracking/block and the problen continues. I also went to other browsers Google Chrome and opera, same issue. However all works when using my phone app or tablet, not my desktop

The app has never worked for me, I’ve never been able to clip any deals, the app crashes. It can’t even get my location for the store I choose. Worthless. I’d rather choose vons since it feels like I’m being suckered in with the deals but can’t even use it
Just moved to San Diego. I don't want to go to Alberertson's. I like Kroger and Fry's. When I this was to register for Ralph's website, it says my email is already in use, so I logged in using my Fry's credentials. It sure looked like I had a winner, even if I was going to have to drive three times as far just to find a grocery store that wasn't Albertsons or Walmart. So I downloaded the Fry's app to my phone and tried to log in, but every time I try to log in it says, as others have reported, "Unable to access the authentication service." Damn. I can't walk into a grocery store anymore: the government and media, which never lie, have me convinced I'll die of COVID if I come into contact with another human being, so I guess I will just have to shop at Albertson's. It's a shame because unlike Albertson's and Walmart, I've'll never had a problem with Kroger stores' quality or accuracy. Maybe I'll just starve instead.
I'm giving your pickup service a try, and have placed an order and installed the app. But the app refuses to allow me to login, telling me "Unable to access the authentication service." Then I get emails with codes telling me to reset my password. The EXACT SAME credentials will login with a web browser, but fail with the app. Fix your app, or pull it from the Play Store. Oh nice...when I click Post Comment, I get an error saying "Calm Down! Too many Attempts. To prevent our systems from Fraud, kindly wait for some minutes and try again. Use justuseapp cards? try another one!" What is this gibberish supposed to mean?!?
How can I sign in on my iPad with touch screen.. Every time I have to enter my email and password. I have touch screen on Ralph app on my iPhone but not on my iPad
