Latest update today (3/23/24) failed to completely download. I could not do anything to get it to download again so I deleted the app and went to reinstall it on my iPhone and found same symbol (x in box) and could not reinstall.
Android phone not accessing Fred Meyer. Keep getting message: "Unable to access the authentication service". I have reloaded the app but problem persists. I can access Fred Meyer on my home computer.
It instructs me to update app ..when I try it sends me back to the same message

Hi, keyboard doesn’t load on screen to allow searching for items., just flashes at bottom of screen. I uninstalled, rebooted & reinstalled, didn’t fix it. Phone is running Android 10. Thanks, LK
For months I have " access denied when I try to login.
I am not able to use any digital coupons, neither loading within the app nor scanning in the store. Why offer them if they are unusable?
No pickup times showing up or are limited to evening times. Removed app and reinstalled. Still not working.

My Fred's app signed me out the other day,today I've been trying to log in but it says access denied. The sales associates at the store had no idea how to help me.
I'm not able to load digital coupons, refresh doesn't help. This is the second week regarding this issue.

The App keeps crashing and when it does I lose items from my cart and have to re-add them. It took me 2 hours to add 50 items last week. Just opened the app to put in an order this week and it crasehd on my firt tiems bananas. When it restarted they were gone. This app is a POS that needs fixed ASAP if you wnat my businesas.
Since your late August update, I cannot search for products. I get kicked out of the search screen and out.of the specific category, i.e. Pantry.
