Hi Bip Support i am using bip and recommend my all contacts to use Bip instead of whatsapp, viber but there is a one bug whenever i want to select a photo / video from the gallery and try to send it to multiple friends but its unable to send just the screen flicks & comes back. Plz fix this bug i love to use bip and hope support team will fix it asap Thanks alot
I don't know why my friends can send me messages but I can't although I have saved their contact number. What is the problem? Their device setting or this application. If there who is like my problem please help me. Until now appears SMS logo only at my friends contact. Thank you.

When I called my mama video call.They can see me and I can’t see telling me their camera is off .Can u let me how do I get this fix.
My contacts do have BiP, but BiP does not sync those contacts even I have given the permission. I can't send any pic o make a call or send a text. It shows "Invite friend to BiP". They can see my account and send me texts/pics or even call me, but I can't do any of these. Fix it ASAP :(((
Assalam Alaikum Technical team of bip, i installed this app 8-10 days back but today i am trying to make a audio call of video call like whatsapp and others then BIP is restrict me for bip to bip calling and showing this message "BIP can not make a call right now please try again later and when i want to connect to individual in this case audio and video call icons are enable false so kindly resolve my this issue" My installed no. is +91 99105 03198. and thanks for giving us a substitute of whatsapp with a very good features. i couldn't receive verification thru text, it just simply never sends it. Verification thru a phone call is either giving me an error

I called my mobile carrier and have no issues on that end but I’m not receiving the verification code through text message (718) 644-0922.

I don’t care what you have to say. I only installed BIP to call my friend. If you keep bothering me with these useless notifications I will disable the notifications. If i disable notifications, your app will be useless and my friend will search for an alternative for us to talk. STOP SENDING ME BIP USELESS NOTIFICATIONS. I don’t care about food recipes or whatever. Stop sending me notifications every two days. Yes I have muted your chat. Yet you still show as red dot on my apps. This annoys me because i put your app with my daily apps category. Do you really want me to get rid of the app icon and burry it somewhere?!

Okay so I was playing around with the app to see how it is and to get to know it, but I turned on translation and now I can’t turn it off and it’s annoying because every time I receive a message it get translated and there is no off option. Please fix it
Also one more thing when you press clear history there should be a cancel option. I pressed clear history and it right away deleted all my messages there should be an ok and cancel options.

I live in the US but I use Turkcell when I go to Turkey in the summer. I wanted to try bip here as it was supposed to be letting me call Turkish numbers through the app if I subscribe to their Lifecell service. I did everything described but the stupid app tells me I don’t have subscription and says I will be transferred but nothing happens. And no one knows or cares what is happening. Is anyone successful using this in the US with a US number and secondary number is added as your Turkcell?
