2 years agoI´ve have written to you from everywhere possible, which is not a lot. There is no phone number to call a call centre when something goes wrong, Would you please be so kind as to solve this situation: We ordered pizza almost two hours ago. The pizzas came from Pizza Milano in Dejvice. The order was for Tuna pizza and Margherita Pizza. The amount went over the KC 405- After an hour of wait, we called the pizza place and they were very kind and helpful but they said that they HAD NOT received any payment or order of those characteristics. The payment has definitely GONE off my bank account. So I know that I have paid for something that I have NOT received. I urge you to get back to me asap and help out with this issue. In the meantime, I am left with no pizza and I am 405 Czech crowns poorer. So I am not a happy custormer. Thank you Adriana Castello Luro Praha 604 240 793

Terrible
Ordered pizza and it was going to be delayed which is not a big deal, it happens. But then they emailed saying trying to reach me- I’m at a hotel and gave hotel number because it kept turning my a czech number. So they said call them right away. I do, they hung up. I asked them to call me. Nothing. I call back.... and as soon as the person answers and I say they emailed me.... they hung up again. Back to Uber eats that delivered to my hotel room and appreciated a big tip.

Ordered a pizza at 7pm. Dame Jidlo said 25 minutes. 90 minutes later they cancelled my order. Total BS.
