I tried different way to see why it does not works but still some time it works sometime it does not. I do not know if anyone else have the same problem like that. My Hoang

3 years agoI backed up my iPhone to my Mac and then “reset and erase all files”, then I restored my iPhone from back up. All my files and apps has restored including *FileMaster* but the documents and photos disappeared from FileMaster. I restored again and still same result. How can I recover my documents back?

Something is seriously wrong with these developers
I don’t know what is quite wrong with the developers who make this app but it seems to me that every other update they do either breaks it or makes it worse. Now with the most recent upgrade which is not it’s really a downgrade I seem to no longer be able to access the stupid app using the general files application that is native to Apple. Half the time the Wi-Fi transfer doesn’t work correctly the other half the time I can no longer download media of the way are used to. It seems to me they purposefully are making this app crap

Can’t Contact Support - Bad Video Quality
I like the idea of this app. But the video camera is TERRIBLE quality. Ive tried this with two different phones. iPhone 8 and iPhone XR. When I video normally with the standard camera app, my video is crisp and clear. When I video with this app, it’s low quality, pixelated and blurry. Both phones. This needs to be fixed. I also checked the app settings in my iPhone settings to see if I could allow higher quality but you can’t. There are also no quality changes within the app to fix this. Has to be a glitch. I was going to reach out to support before leaving feedback but if you go to app support in iTunes, it takes to you a web site where the only contact button takes you to a Chinese page where nothing is clickable. So I’m reaching out for support this way. If they fix this issue, I’ll change to a 5 star! To test, video on an iPhone within the app and while not using the app. Compare quality. Thank you.

Needs improvements
I used this app for 3 years and it was just great but as the ios progressed this app remained the same an in the case of iOS 11 it lost the web browser which isn’t really cool. Browser aside , in ipad pro 12’9 using the multitasking feature makes the app distorted and you have to give the bigger window size to filemaster in order to see the the full window app.( while multitasking it looks like a zoomed version which is worse while in portrait mode). Further improvements are needed to make the app fully functional again in iOS 11.
