How to fix Organize app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Organize app on iPhone
Update Organize app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Organize iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Organize on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Organize network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Organize Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Organize not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Organize App
1. On android, goto Settings » Organize » click [Force Stop]

Update Organize to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Organize App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Organize » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Organize.

Fix Organize unable to contact server/ Organize internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Organize » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Organize » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
