This is the rudest, most dissatisfying service I have ever got to use in my life. Their errors and issues with payment system have brought me great amount of stress and anger. I assure you, if you want a decent/good experience with customer service and technical support - use something else! Never CityMobil, this is a trap for greedy people, that I got into myself as well. Shoulda know better.

the rudest service i have ever experienced. got yelled and cussed at. almost all cars are hot and smell. constant issue with location marking, ordering a taxi to my location and it stops three KM away telling me it’s there already. random fines for canceling orders even when the driver made a mistake. wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

I was charged for cancelling a ride that never occurred. I payed for a driver, but the app never found one. I waited ~15 minutes and ended up cancelling the ride and was charged for it.
