SNCBInternational is terrible—to buy tickets, it just takes you to the website, and then when you try to pay it shows the web format screen in your phone, meaning the fields to type your credit card info Into are all just one millimeter tall, and when you try to zoom it only zooms from the upper left corner, so you can no longer see or tap any of the fields. Oh, and it doesn’t take iDeal payment. What’s the point of SNCBInternational if it’s actively worse than using the website??

SNCBInternational was updated in mid 2022 and since then has been TERRIBLE. Interface is awkward, data not available, regularly does not work, and data analytics make no sense. Sometimes change is not actually necessary--in this case it was a huge step backward.

I was charged money on my card without having the ticket, after is payed i got a confirmation and then 5 seconds later i got an error message!!

SNCBInternational won’t let me login to my accoun.

I'm able to select the departure and arrival cities, but when I select the date, it looks like the date popup box gets stuck and SNCBInternational freezes. I have to close SNCBInternational and reopen it to get it to start working again, but it freezes at the date selection every time.

I couldn't add tickets just by typing in the confirmation number and my email, but I was able to get them using the "Add To App" button in the confirmation email from my reservation. Very strange, hope this helps someone.

When I manage to book the ticket - it's great, fast and convenient. However, more often than not, when I select a starting point, I'm not able to find my intended destination point anymore, and this includes big cities like Brussels. Definitely a bug that needs to be fixed to make SNCBInternational unable again.

SNCBInternational is a good job. The idea of e-tickets is well managed. However the fact that you have SNCB behind and their bad management for booking and their multiple mistakes and bugs makes it unusable. Too bad for customer who has been fooled by appearances!! Made in Belgium of course!!

As an American, I appreciate the ease of use though we don't speak the language, we made it fine.

Being from the USA, SNCBInternational really made the process of getting from one country to another a lot less of a headache. I went from Amsterdam to Brussels to Frankfurt and then back to Amsterdam using SNCBInternational the entire way and it couldn't have been any simpler, especially in 3 countries with 3 separate languages. Another note, I planned all of my train rides literally last minute (not for the faint of heart, please, plan accordingly if you're traveling) and it really did streamline the booking process. Just remember, when using a calendar, unlike most instances in the USA where the calendar week begins on Sunday, SNCBInternational, as well as many other things begins with Monday. Triple-check everything!! It was MY mistake when I booked a ticket on the wrong date, but SNCBInternational made it very simple to fix MY error.
