This app is terrible—to buy tickets, it just takes you to the website, and then when you try to pay it shows the web format screen in your phone, meaning the fields to type your credit card info Into are all just one millimeter tall, and when you try to zoom it only zooms from the upper left corner, so you can no longer see or tap any of the fields. Oh, and it doesn’t take iDeal payment. What’s the point of the app if it’s actively worse than using the website??

Terrible "Upgrade"

This app was updated in mid 2022 and since then has been TERRIBLE. Interface is awkward, data not available, regularly does not work, and data analytics make no sense. Sometimes change is not actually necessary--in this case it was a huge step backward.

Charging money with no ticket

I was charged money on my card without having the ticket, after is payed i got a confirmation and then 5 seconds later i got an error message!!
