How to fix myLocation app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the myLocation app on iPhone
Update myLocation app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall myLocation iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix myLocation on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve myLocation network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

myLocation Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix myLocation not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the myLocation App
1. On android, goto Settings » myLocation » click [Force Stop]

Update myLocation to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear myLocation App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » myLocation » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart myLocation.

Fix myLocation unable to contact server/ myLocation internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click myLocation » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto myLocation » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
