RE Ticket # 1517672 I worked with both Jonathan and Maria concerning this issue. I play your app as a guest. I have been a member for a long time. I do not want to join Facebook. I had to buy a new iphone because my charging port died. I was told a that I could do a one time transfer to my new phone's player # which is 208853327. My money and games were wiped out and I was assigned a new ID number. I was registered as a guest and would like my ID changed back to161310516.
Just today while attempting to make an in-app purchase. I am receiving an error message: "There was a error with your Windows Account You have not been charged. Please check your Window Store settings and try again." I have used the app in the past and have checked my store settings. There has been no setting changes nor problem shown whatsoever to 'Sign-in purchase' settings.
