The game isn't awarding me my party prizes. I know that in order to qualify for a prize, the win has to be at least 25X my bet. I have missed out on THREE party prizes. Clearly, Jackpot Party is having some issues.

I had to buy a new iphone because my charging port died. I was told a that I could do a one time transfer to my new phone's player # which is 208853327. My money and games were wiped out and I was assigned a new ID number. I was registered as a guest and would like my ID changed back to161310516.

Just today while attempting to make an in-app purchase. I am receiving an error message: "There was a error with your Windows Account You have not been charged. Please check your Window Store settings and try again." I have used the app in the past and have checked my store settings. There has been no setting changes nor problem shown whatsoever to 'Sign-in purchase' settings.

Updated the app and now it won't try to load. Goes back to the home screen
