Can't get past level 6 in Russia because you have to update a room but the game doesn't give you enough customers to upgrade. Also impossible to reach expert in all levels as the game does not even out customer request vs. room availability. Compared to other dash games and their graphics, this is on the bottom no question but I could get past that considering older versions of the game were at least fun to play and achievable. This is the latest version which should be the best as you learn as you go, but instead this is worst. And by the way making the African American character a party girl while other Caucasian. characters are "elite," is offensive. Should be a free game, it's that bad! I would not recommend anyone waste their $2.00.

There are glitches aren’t fixed. I knew you said they are fixed, but they aren’t! I’ve been a day 10 for about a week and a half even though I’ve won every episode! You don’t answer to the questions! You are going to lose your audience. I’m now about to delete JanesHotel3 ! 😡

I have done the updates and still can’t get past Russia 6. You should refund people if you can’t fix the problem. Sorry, I really like the game if it worked.

Wish I could get my money back on this. After the update I completely started over. Now stuck on level 5 or 6 (don’t remember which since I delete the game). Can’t get expert and if I buy the plant it is never satisfied. The watering pitcher never goes away. This was one of my favorite games on the PC. I would take away the 1 star

I loved this game when it was a computer game with 8 to 10 levels. I was disappointed to find 4 levels. It’s a great game, you’ll love it. I hope they add all the other levels to complete the game.

I was able to make it through this entire game. Bonus games are fun. Still waiting on refund for version 1.

Developers- version 1 is terrible and should be removed.

I love this game as I used to have it on my computer years ago and I was so happy to see it for iOS, however I have one problem with it, it keeps crashing about every other level. I was just playing it and it crashed twice in one level. Please fix this and I will raise my rating!

I use to play this game on my Mac and always loved this game but there’s a glitch on Day 3 in Monaco. A guest asks for laundry but isn’t yet available from the porter. Hope you can fix this. Thanks!

Hi I just updated JanesHotel3 and it still has the same glitch as before the 6th level in Russia will not give you the opportunity to update a room so you can move on to the next level please fix it so I can continue to enjoy the game thank you in advance

I was so excited for this game because it was nostalgic of my childhood. Unfortunately after you download it, it will only let you play 5 “days” until you have to pay $5 for the full version. I was very disappointed 😔

I don’t recommend this game because you play and get addicted and then once you reach level 6 you have to pay to keep playing and upgrade it and it’s really disappointing.

I have a hard time seeing the pictures. I use to play this game a long time ago. I’m happy they made a third one, but the expert level is ridiculous to get too.

You can't edit your choices on purchases, you can hardly even pick upgrades. Crap game till you fix. Read the reviews and fix the game already.

Gliches in the Russia part. Otherwise, all of the Janes Hotels games are fun. Great time management game!!! If your eyes are as fast as your hands...this is the game for you.

The game was fun and engaging but it’s really short only 3 hotels to play, for almost $5 I would expect a little more.

So you play around five levels and then they force you to buy the game if you want to continue I believe they call that classic bait and switch in this game should not be listed in with the free games

I can’t get past Russia either. The game just goes round and round. I spent $2.99. I should have listened to the other reviews. You said that this issue was fixed. Well it’s not.

There’s a level in Russia that demands a Room get an upgrade, but this is impossible to do because there aren’t enough customers to make the upgrade possible. Please fix.

I really hated to finish this game, it was great. No Crashing, great graphics and very challenging! Everything I look for in a game. Did manage all expert levels....it wasn’t easy, had to replay several levels to achieve. Please, please please keep up good work. I am a big fan!
