How to fix Pou app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pou app on iPhone
Update Pou app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pou iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pou on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pou network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pou app issues:

Force Stop the Pou App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pou app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pou to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pou App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pou app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pou.

Fix Pou unable to contact server/ Pou internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pou » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pou » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pou on android.
