I use it all the time. I love that the mobile cashing is now and option and I’m excited to start using it. If I had a wishlist, I would most definitely want to purchase my tickets through OhioLottery . I am confined to my house during covid-19 and have very very limited access to an authorized lotto printer. The town is shut down and very limited hours if they are open. If I link my info to the account to cash in my tickets,wouldn’t it make sense to let me purchase them through OhioLottery too? Just a thought!! I love OhioLottery either way! Thanks for having it!

They take far too long to announce the previous week’s weekly drawing winners after they close. The drawings usually close on 12:00AM Monday, but they don’t announce the winners until Friday afternoon. Weekly drawing winners should be announced a lot earlier. They have gotten better at filling their gift card catalogs, but they still only fill them once a week, usually on Monday. They have gotten better with filling their lottery cash/coupons catalog. Also, please stop doing the $100 Kroger gift card weekly drawings because it literally excludes half of the state.

OhioLottery is poorly written and confusing. It appears to say one thing but mean another with the whole Ticket Cashing Option. ONLY tickets of $50 up to $5,000 can be cashed. Since the majority of prizes given out by the Ohio Lottery fall well below this threshold, not many customers will be able to utilize this option. An option to accumulate more than $50 and utilize the option. Whoever writes the instructions and promo was NOT clear on this “option”. Again, a very THIRD RATE APP and poorly written and executed instructions. When you call in, the Ohio Lottery Representatives are smug, sarcastic and very off putting. Another TYPICALLY RUN STATE AGENCY. If they had to make it in the real world this would FAIL MISERABLY.

I use OhioLottery every day for my saved ePayslips which is easier for me and the Tellers. As an ePayslip user, I want the ability to go to the next saved ePayslip while I have an ePayslip open so that I don’t have to go back to Home/Saved ePayslip each time. I usually scan at least 4 tickets when I go. As an ePayslip user I want the ability to enter more numbers on a ticket. As an Ohio Lottery app user I want the ability to purchase tickets from OhioLottery .

Scanner works great and I like how fast you can scan your tickets and then enter losing tickets into the Rewards program. My major precious complaint is that OhioLottery REQUIRED YOU TO ENTER YOUR LOG-IN CREDENTIALS EVERY TIME YOU USE OhioLottery ! This new release with the updated interface fixes that in that you can now use Touch ID on the iPhone to quickly log in. Much better. Overall the new interface is improved and I like it. Nice job. I upped my stars on this to 4 to reflect the improvements.

I’ve been using OhioLottery for about a year now! But over the last couple of months it just stopped working and I can’t login to few my reward points or scan any tickets! I now it’s OhioLottery because I deleted them downloaded it several times and it still doesn’t function!! It’s been this way for the last few months! You would think they would have it fixed by now but I guess customers aren’t that important! Sad to say that I no longer play because of this! I would used to at least get some kind of reward points for losing tickets but I guess that’s just be take away! 😕

It is regularly telling me “something went wrong try again later”. Today I traded in points for LottoCash and they sure did take my 800 points but the LottoCash never appeared. I called the support number and the very nice lady told me there was nothing she could do and claimed to forward my issue to the tech department. I still have nothing. They didn’t give me the LottoCash nor did they give back my points. Complete rip-off. I’m done with the lottery.

Current update didn’t fix a glitch with the ticket scanner. It scans the ticket, stays on checking ticket for quite a while before an error message appears that says “There was an error with your entry” Please try again later” It doesn’t matter how much later you try, still get the same error. Don’t know what the glitch is as it was working fine a few weeks ago. Very annoying!!!!

Bought lottery tickets last week and the scanner worked just fine that day but now when I scan my scratch offs to check, every single ticket I have tried scanning says “Oops! Something went wrong! The ticket is not active.” I literally just bought 20 tickets and they all say that! What the heck does that even mean?? No wonder OhioLottery has like the worst reviews.

Some features are great, like the scanner. However, it will not keep you logged in. You have to enter your password every time. Also, it crashes often when trying to enter your tickets, and you have to login again. OhioLottery could work way better.

Have you considered letting people play multiple play slips with one scan? For example, I play the same two pick-3 numbers and the same four pick-5 numbers. Occasionally I will also play the classic lotto, rolling cash 5, mega millions, etc. I would like to let the lottery retailer scan once and print out all of my desired tickets. Could the up an update to OhioLottery ?

After update, doesn’t recognize login. When I select the forgot password option, I am sent an email with a link to change it. The link doesn’t work and only displays a blank screen. When I try to recreate an account, it states that I already have one. Cannot log in. Cannot scan tickets. I deleted OhioLottery and reinstalled it; nothing works. I am fairly confident that I will lose several hundred points that I have for rewards if/when these issues are corrected.

Rewards program is a sham. Don't bother wasting your time entering tickets. They limit you daily/weekly points. But other then that program. The actual app works pretty great though. Aside from occasional hiccups like the camera not scanning tickets, or it not loading up data once you've clicked on a link. Still worth the download.

I have updated OhioLottery . Deleted and reinstalled it multiple times but still don’t get the cash out option for winning tickets.

Every time I try to scan a second ticket OhioLottery closes out. It will let me log in and scan one but when I hit scan another ticket it completely closes. Then I have to sign back in for each ticket I need to scan. I looked for an update and there is none. You guys need to fix this bug. I have a big stack of tickets that need scanned for points. It is very annoying and time consuming having to reopen OhioLottery and sign back in for EACH ticket.

Ok the minor complaint that I get people have is the missing next draw date. But, the dates don't change either. Otherwise, this update is amazing! Touch ID to sign in is amazing. No scrolling of the disclosure is a god send! Optimized for the display! Easy scanning! Just great!

Scanned my ticket and it circles saying it’s checking. It either circles for several minutes with no results or it says there was an error to try again but at that point the screen freezes. Maybe too many users trying to see if they are millionaires but an app such as this should be prepared for user surge. Guess I’ll take it to the store later to double check that I’m not a winner.

Great app up till now! Scanning tickets no longer works since latest update. And I couldn’t find a way to contact the developers without writing this review. So, there you go!!

Not sure what they did, but after the latest update to fix “bugs” you can no longer select previous keno drawings and watch as OhioLottery basically locks up with the number selection screen unable to be removed so you can watch the drawing. I really love OhioLottery , but they are forever screwing it up with the changes they make

I just download, created account and soon as I scanned a ticket it told me I had to log in. Went to log in and told me that it had trouble signing me in. After the 5th attempt to sign in I decided to do a password recovery. Well it’s been 3 days and I’m still waiting on the recovery email. Seems to me no one is operating OhioLottery any longer due to the non responses to the other reviews. Don’t waste your phone space

I’ve tried OhioLottery with an iPhone 6s+. It kept saying there’s something wrong and wouldn’t scan. Bought an iPhone 11 less than a week ago with a great camera, and the camera still won’t scan. Even had a coworker double check to see if I was doing something wrong. The camera won’t scan the barcode. Would not recommend OhioLottery. Going to look for another one.

Trying to sign up for the reward program. The state selection part isn't working. Hope you can fix it

Downloaded OhioLottery for the first time a few days ago and, at first, it was okay. It sometimes required that I scan a ticket at least twice to get credit, but at least it eventually worked. Now, I can’t scan anything. I keep getting an error message that says, “Oops! Something went wrong. There was an error processing your ticket.” I’m ready to delete it.

Why did you get did of the flash feature for the scanner? Now I have to scan tickets with a bright light because it’s gone and a lamp won’t provide enough light. Also why do I have to log in and agree to terms of service every single time? Come on please fix

Before ( about 2 years ago ) you could scan a ticket, and if it was a winner, it would tell you if it had already been cashed. Now it just says you are a winner but then when you take it to the store, you are informed it’s been cashed. I liked it better when it informed you it had been cashed!!

Here lately for bout a month or so it’s not loading fully as it should. Nothing comes up such as the winning numbers and the scanner doesn’t wanna read the results for the scratch off tickets. Been highly disappointed honestly.

Oops, something went wrong. This update horribly changed the scanner messages. Instead of saying the ticket is not yet a winner but more drawings are on the ticket, it says something went wrong. So is the ticket just not a winner, or could it not determine if it's a winner or not, or it couldn't connect to the Lotto office, or was it some other sort of error, or what????
