Only app offered through my credit union, but it will only start up about 10% of the time, and even then it only gives a balance, which is not updated often enough.

Noting good to say about Brella at all!! Maybe instead of changing the name update it to an app that’s more with the times!! I think it’s rather archaic and down right pathetic that an app that I’m sure cost a lot of money to operate can’t provide a up to the moment account balance for checking and savings accounts, can’t transfer money from Brella , can’t pay bills without going through hoops and bounds.

I just recently switched banks and Brella is recommended by this bank. So, i downloaded it and set it up no problem.. Until the update comes out.. app would t update so I deleted Brella and now it won’t install at all. It goes through the motions of download and then a pop up informs you that Brella couldn’t be downloaded and asks if you want to try again. Tried numerous times now, still not downloading.

Trying to upgrade to the latest version and it keeps failing in download, attempt to re-try and I get nowhere. Attempt uninstall and install new, again the download fails. Completely useless if I could not install it on my iPhone 7 using iOS 11.4.1

Finally able it install Brella , after upgrading to iOS 12. If the iOS version was the hang up what are people below iOS 12 suppose to do??

I would give it zero stars if at all possible. Will no longer allow me to log in, I thought I forgot my password but the moment I enter the temporary password sent to me by shazam, it claims I must register my device; then immediately times out or crashes. Brella is useless, and absolutely pathetic in terms of functionality. I'm so glad I'll soon be closing out my account with the bank that uses this.

When I first got Brella no problems, but since the newest update I seem to have a problem with trying to fully finish downloading Brella onto my phone, it’s sitting in my apps folder but it won’t install or download itself onto my phone, it just says “Unable to download app” and it gives me the option to retry or cancel then it starts the process all over again

Brella is terrible. I can’t even sign in even after deleting and downloading over and over. It used to be an easy to use and simple app, but when they decided they needed to update it to make it “more effective,” it stopped showing my balance and wouldn’t let me sign in. Overall terrible app, and I feel bad if your bank decides this is the best app to use for your banking needs.

Brella was recommended by my bank and honestly I’m going to switch banks because Brella is so bad, only gives me a ledger balance not an available balance, logs me out 24 seven when I tried to re-register my card it told me that it was invalid Brella is awful

App crashes, or it won’t let you in stating it needs an “update” when there are no new updates available. Finger print option worked for a few weeks then stopped being an option. I use this to lock my card while I’m out of the country and now I can’t access my funds, so thank you so much.

I used to love Brella when it was Shazam! Since the change I've struggled to open app. I had it set for face id as remembering hundreds of different passwords is ridiculous. Then one day I go to open and no face recognition and wants password I have no idea what is and need I say more? If it's too good to be true... It is!!!👎🏼👎🏼

I log in and it tells me I need to register. So I go thru all the steps up to the point where it is suppose to call your cell phone to verify the PIN number. And then it just hangs... for an eternity. All I see is a spinning disk and nothing else happens. No phone call, nothing. I’m to the point where I’m just going to uninstall Brella .

With the recent update form yesterday, it won’t allow me to log into my account. It allows me to type, but as soon as I submit, it removes my information and doesn’t do anything or say anything.

I feel like Brella should allow you to see your transactions. I always forget to check Brella daily and when I get paid I never know what I get paid as I don’t have paystubs.

App looks and works good until a recent update came out. Won’t allow me to update so I decided to try and uninstall/reinstall it. Now Brella won’t even install. Please fix. Thank you.

Provides some options on blocking you’re card if you need too, and you can set limits on how much money is spent and get notifications if you spend a certain amount. and you can easily see you’re card balance, I just wish I could see my transaction log on here

I absolutely love Brella. I have found it to be very user-friendly. I love the alerts that I can set to help prevent fraud. The transaction alerts come through before I even have my wallet put back into my purse. I also like that I can temporarily block my card if needed and manage my travel notices. I recommend Brella for anyone that has a ShazamChek Debit Card.

This application is very user friendly and it’s free. I would recommend this application to everyone.

I love how Brella notifies me whenever I make a large purchase. It is easy to lock and unlock my card if I were to lose it.

Love the text alerts and knowing I will be alerted immediately if my card is used. I also like how I have the control on how to be alerted by the dollar amount I request.

I have not had any problems with Brella and have used it for several years. The latest update makes it more user-friendly. Love this product and it is great if you have kids and need to track their deb card usage. Would definitely recommend!
