Horrible archaic and pathetic app

Noting good to say about this app at all!! Maybe instead of changing the name update it to an app that’s more with the times!! I think it’s rather archaic and down right pathetic that an app that I’m sure cost a lot of money to operate can’t provide a up to the moment account balance for checking and savings accounts, can’t transfer money from the app, can’t pay bills without going through hoops and bounds.
Recent update will not install

I just recently switched banks and this app is recommended by this bank. So, i downloaded it and set it up no problem.. Until the update comes out.. app would t update so I deleted the app and now it won’t install at all. It goes through the motions of download and then a pop up informs you that the app couldn’t be downloaded and asks if you want to try again. Tried numerous times now, still not downloading.

Can’t upgrade - can’t go back

Trying to upgrade to the latest version and it keeps failing in download, attempt to re-try and I get nowhere. Attempt uninstall and install new, again the download fails. Completely useless if I could not install it on my iPhone 7 using iOS 11.4.1
Finally able it install the app, after upgrading to iOS 12. If the iOS version was the hang up what are people below iOS 12 suppose to do??
