this app is a great rideshare company. The best of Uber/Lyft and convenience of traditional taxi. I especially like the scheduling aspect of this. I have been able to arrange to have a car waiting 5 days ahead of time and even 2 hours ahead. This way I am not the one waiting but the driver is. This is a vast improvement in customer service. I got so tired of waiting for an Uber or Lyft driver to show up that I went back to flagging taxis. Where this app is available it has become my preferred ride.

Both rides that my family scheduled with this app did not happen this weekend. The first ride was confirmed, then canceled the night before because of lack of staff. The second ride, the driver left us because our flight got in 20 minutes later than expected. I was able to text the driver from the flight letting him know and asking that he please wait 20 minutes for us. He did not, even though the website says flights have a 30-min leeway. The entire reason we booked the this app service was to get a cat seat- so customer service telling us to book a Lyft was not helpful! this app will not return my calls or texts now. I will obviously never book this service again. I recommend you steer clear, as well.

Inconsistencies in using Wingz make it difficult if not impossible to get car size desired. When the driver I requested (with a large SUV) was not available, we were sent a driver with a much smaller (compact size) vehicle. We had 5 bags and a large tote, but there is no way to show more than 4 bags when requesting a ride. I have trouble getting my own legs in a compact car, let alone all our bags. Having such a surprise after a long trip and tiring day is disheartening.

I always use this app for my rides to and from airport. It is easy to book rides and to change the booking as conditions change. this app cares about providing competent, safe drivers who are well vetted. When there is a problem with a driver who is not up to their standards and they get such feedback from riders, this app takes care of the situation. I feel I can trust this app drivers with my safety and to get me where I need to go on time.

Do NOT download Wingz. We loved our first ride. Scheduling a ride at our busy airport (SEA) was so convenient and we had no wait time. The vehicle was nice, they were early and waited for us to get bags. I literally planned on using this service for every airport ride (about 4 times per month). Over 6 months we have only been able to schedule a ride twice, with countless of attempts because it was initially so great. Today was the last straw and is resulting in this review. We schedule a car to the airport 4 days ago, we schedule our ride an our from now and just heard they couldn’t obtain a driver. Deleting app now. Don’t waste your time.

I downloaded the the few about before the flight. Good that I did early since the order needs to be placed 2 hours in advance. But that worked perfectly for us.

We got an awesome driver on a Tesla S for 2 adults and a toddler. John, the driver, helped us to install our car seat and was prompt and very helpful in general.

Will use this service next time for sure.

I love being able to book rides in advance with friendly and courteous drivers with with clean and safe cars. But ever since the company “updated” Wingz a few months ago, it’s ALWAYS problematic. Very slow to refresh and push through the process, unintuitive interface, sometimes maps are screwy (like why default to Seattle area when I don’t live there?), now super slow to start and often crashes. Would have been better to just keep the old build, which worked reliably and was easy to use.

This was our first time using a car service and Jimmy was friendly but not overly friendly, he communicated well with us when our flight arrived early. My husband who has been a driver for 20 years normally doesn’t like other people’s driving but actually complimented him. We will request jimmy for our return trip!

The first time we used this app, the experience was great. Alas, downhill from there.

The next time we used this app, they assigned and confirmed 2 different drivers, but sorted it out the evening before the ride.

This last time was completely messed up. We booked a ride to the airport the evening before our departure. We soon got 3 confirmations, one on the way to pick us up right away, and 2 for the following morning. My wife called to stop the driver from coming that night. This time, they failed to sort out that they had doubled booked us and 2 drivers showed up at 6:30. this app decided that their faulty app was our problem and double charged us.

In this competitive market, there’s no need to put up with a poorly executed app with poor supervision. Needless to say, we’re contesting the doubled charge and deleting Wingz .

In short, don’t download Wingz. Don’t give them your data.

On Sunday morning I requested a ride to a medical appointment on Tuesday morning. Didn’t get a confirmation so gave it until 1PM on Monday before contacting customer service by email. Quickly got a response from Jasmine who basically told me that my request would stay active until 60 minutes prior to the pick up time unless I canceled it.

So, yes, I canceled it and made arrangements with a local taxi company. More expensive but I’ll not be stressing out wondering if a this app driver is going to be picking me up.

Will not be recommending this service to anyone.

Rachell picked me up at the airport on my recent trip to Houston. I really appreciated that she really communicated by text—letting me know when she was on her way, where to find her at the airport I was unfamiliar with, checking in all along the way. . She then returned me to the airport several days later. She is an excellent driver and very personable. Highly recommended.

I’ve used the service before and never had a problem; nevertheless, I’m now having problems with Wingz wherein it doesn’t let me log into my account (nor does it actually open for that matter).

And so I’ve had to uninstall Wingz , re-download it, and reinstall it several times, but after the first login, it completely locks me out. Very frustrating and not reliable when traveling. I think I may need to cancel my booked ride from a computer before I regret it. It’s a shame...

Tiombe was early to pick us up.
She is the only person who has offered to help us carry our luggage up the stairs. That alone is worth 5 stars.
She also has the ability to check flight status and she had the traffic route figured out before we got on the fwy.
She’s a great find!

Needs to be improved up to speed with other ride share apps
- no thumbprint login and usually kicks you out so you have to login again.
- no driver location indicator

this app itself is a great service. Wingz just comes in below expectation.

Delayed into SFO they made it work, watched my flight and picked me up to make sure I made it home safely. Very courteous, kind nature, precise maps and made getting home easy. Thank yiu this app Team!

Just completed a trip and we needed two car seats and this app came through without any issues driver Frank was on time in a new Van with two car seats installed and ready to go

I like this app because you can schedule a ride & they are there on time. Plus when you are arriving on a flight, they track your flight so if you are delayed they know it and adjust. Also it is a flat rate, no surge pricing!!

Dexter picked us up on a late request and was great about communication when we were waiting for our bags. It was very late and he kindly came and picked us up at the door we came out of instead of having to bring our luggage so far.

The trusted and reliable this app service eliminates at least two levels of possible anxiety and stress. “I know my ride will get me to the airport safely and timely. And I know upon my return a ride will be there to deliver me home safely and timely. Did I mention that you can up to 5 favorited drivers?

Hey App Creators, this is for you. Goodness, please optimize your app. The response time from open/launch to it actually opening/started takes too long. Milliseconds matter in Wingz world, you already know this. I have saved my creds several times, yet get asked to sign in. When will my paw print work for logging in? Great service, helpful drivers but Wingz needs love.

This is my favorite thing about this app because there are times when it’s so critical, and no other ride share service offers this (except Uber Family which is in hardly any cities). Thanks this app!
