Don’t even bother downloading! LancetLabs does not get past the first login.I was able to register but t kept return an error message whenever I tried to login. It is a complete waste of time!

I registered and can see a test was done in May but there is no data to say what test or the results. What is the purpose of advertising LancetLabs when sending me the statement by email if LancetLabs says less than the statement?

I am struggling to even create a password on LancetLabs as the design is so pathetic! It does not recognize the id etc! Considering the amount of money that we pay for the tests surely Lancet can fork out some money to have a decent app for its brand!!!

Please fix LancetLabs . Have been trying to register for more than week - I never receive the SMS or call and I can't contact you from LancetLabs

LancetLabs works well and is very useful but only a few of the actual tests conducted are listed.
It would also be important to include tests for family members.

Lancet has done a very poor job here - given the importance of the results and deadly effects of Covid , we would expect a better user experience.

LancetLabs shows no results whereas I know tests were carried out by the lab. Very disappointed as the call Centre does not have a clue on how to provide support for LancetLabs .

Terrible app. Does not have latest patient results. Difficult to use. Tons of bugs

Otp functionality is not working so can't register.
No way to contact Lancet either.

A great idea except it doesn’t work on either my iPhone or iPad. Can’t get further than inputting the pin and then..........nothing happens.

30 hours after Covid-19 test no results on app. Doctor confirmed results 6hours ago. Useless

Will not register giving weird explanations. Does not make sense. Would have been a great app had it worked successfully.

I just want to congratulate you on a great APP. I have diabetes and could track my Glucose and Insulin readings for the past 3X years via your APP. The consolidated report is also fantastic to track progress. It's simple and easy to use. I'll definitely never test at another laboratory again.

App crashes when you try and register

It never works. It always says authentication issues.

I used to love LancetLabs, because it would allow a patient to also view a copy of his or her results. Now, I don’t even have a option to open LancetLabs , because I have forgotten my username & password and it doesn’t me an option to send me a reminder or to reset it.

I have put in my information but it won't register. It says "We are unable to find your medical record using your query ([email protected])
