Xplane mobile keeps freezing in mid flight and freezing before flight while trying to map out a flight plan. Please help love this game and would like to renew my subscription once problem is fixed. My phone I been playing Xplane on is a Samsung Galaxy A32. If that helps? Thank you

Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix X-Plane Flight Simulator on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve X-Plane Flight Simulator network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.

1. On android, goto Settings » X-Plane Flight Simulator » click [Force Stop]

Update X-Plane Flight Simulator to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear X-Plane Flight Simulator App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » X-Plane Flight Simulator » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart X-Plane Flight Simulator.

Fix X-Plane Flight Simulator unable to contact server/ X-Plane Flight Simulator internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click X-Plane Flight Simulator » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto X-Plane Flight Simulator » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch X-Plane Flight Simulator
