Terrible application. Invest elsewhere

Even if you’re lucky enough to have an item that gets a buyout offer, Collectable doesn’t let you vote on it anywhere. They don’t have a functional website. They don’t have a place to do that on Collectable . They just figure “you’ll let them know”

Of course there’s no way to do that so the offers tend to get rejected and you get stuck with an investment that could have paid off if the is stupid app functioned at any level like it should.

If you have a buyout option for these items how is your way for them to vote so poorly constructed. These guys are terrible. Go with rally rd. or someone else. I’m pulling out of all my investments with them. You should do the same. Their system will never let the investment pay off

Collectable is best new site in years

What great sports memorabilia and a really helpful staff to answer questions (special thanks to Justin for his patience with a senior investor!!) How special it is to own a portion of an amazing item that the average collector could never afford by themselves. Keep up the excellent work, you folks make 1:00 PM a super fast happy hour!!!

Communication technology is poor

I submitted verification info through Collectable and it just sits there pending. There is no status update or progress. There also has been zero email communication to mark progress or give an update.

Stock market for sports collecting

Very sleek app and excellent user experience. Long overdue innovation for the sports collectibles market with an emphasis on super premium inventory. Unlocks the top tier of assets for the average collector. One of those ideas that makes you wonder how it hasn’t been done before like this. I’m hooked.

Incredible app

It took less than 5 minutes to find a card, link my bank account, and make a purchase. I wish I would have known about this sooner!

Great idea but terrible execution

Every transaction I’ve ever attempted on Collectable has had a different problem associated with. Minutes (or seconds some times) after the launch of an IPO has frozen screens, or transactions don’t go through. Or sometimes they do, but you don’t know until the next day when your account updates. You’re better off fighting scalpers at Target than getting through to an IPO on Collectable.

Excited to get back to collecting a new way.

I stopped collecting back in 2000 when my
daughter was born. I put my Jordan collection away and now back into collecting with this new concept and digital opportunity.

Awesome idea, horrible app execution!

I saw Collectable and was excited because I’m a HUGE sports fan but Collectable is trash. None of my payments ever go through and I’m unable to withdraw my funds. Plus customer service is beyond slow. So my money is basically stuck in Collectable

Big Step in the Right Direction for Sports Memorabilia!

So excited about this app. Love the interface, ease of use, added safety and security, and the deep pipeline of amazing offerings coming our way. Pretty cool that all sports can now own some of the coolest items in sports history. I’ll be a power user, for sure.

Proceed with caution. These guys are frauds. When asked questions about their business, they are unable to answer simple questions. They actually refuse to answer simple questions. Do not invest with these guys. Your money will not be in trustworthy hands.

Collectable.com feels like a scam. I have bought many cards through this app. A good portion of them are losing money. My investment with them is now worth less money. And all of my cards are with highly prominent athletes - Luka Doncic, LeBron James, Jayson Tatum, Giannis. Not one of my cards have been up for full sale - meaning no one has made an offer to buy any of these cards. Yet, they keep promoting cards as if they will get bought and you will make money. I think people are on to them as their card IPOs are taking longer and longer to be complete and fully vested. It’s only a matter of time before people realize this is a scam. I told Collectable about this and they brushed me off. People want to invest so the cards get bought. If no one is going to purchase the card so the investment makes money no one will want to own a portion of a card.
