Cannot figure out why this remains so elusive to so many companies trying to do the same thing. Please note to whoever reads these: if A client is booking a flight with two seats it doesn’t make sense for me to pay 3x the original fair quote just because they are going to six passengers. The way this makes sense is under this scenarios - whole plane rental. You would have to be crazy to spend $6-8k for a on a shared ride when a whole plane charter is $12-15k. A customer is better off just booking a straight charter and putting six people on it for $2k a seat. Why on earth would a client charter six seats for $36k? Hope someone finally figures out how to make this seemingly simple, strangely elusive, proposition work- but this APP as of today makes little sense.

I’ve been a jet smarter member for nearly 3 years and what started out as an all you can fly for one price app has become an author rip off where they are now running shuttles that are far more expensive than first class tickets without any flexibility in service. The promise of getting an empty leg to anywhere of value out of Los Angeles is probably zero so you were left with shuttles to New York on 25-year-old planes landing and hour and a half from New York City and paying $2400 for the privilege. Take the $15,000 year they charge you and buy amazing first class tickets on really good airlines and you will be happy you did.

Booked 2 flights thru JetSmarter for JetSuite X one week in advance, and needed to change the flight 2 hours after the booking to a later time that same day. Was charged $75 per ticket to make the change by JetSmarter, when JetSuite X offers that service for free if you do it 24 hours prior to the flight. Upon finding out that JetSuite X actually doesnt charge their clients to make such a change, I was welcomed to read the JetSmarter terms and conditions I accepted while booking the flight, which state their $75 change policy. Go ahead and continue that practice, see how it plays out.
