TransitNavigation has a consistency to not only inaccurately provide the best way to get to your destination, but also falters with timing on when buses should arrive.

Two examples:

I go to a community college with two bus stops, one going towards the station and one going to the next destination, which wraps around back to the station later on. Instead of showing me the ETA of the bus going to the station, it shows me the ETA of the bus going to the destination, and then back to the station, which results in me sitting there while I watch the bus I'm supposed to be on drive right by, and I'm stuck waiting for another half hour for the bus that takes longer to get to the station.

Another example is just today, actually. I was shown that the bus would arrive at my stop at 12:39. When it's around 12:35 and I'm almost
at the stop (maybe a few hundred feet away) I watch the bus pass my stop, where I was assuming to be four minutes early because TransitNavigation told me I would be early, thus I missed the bus due to the fact it gave an inaccurate time and will now be late to my classes.

TL;DR: TransitNavigation isn't accurate, and some improvements need to be made before I even consider recommending this to anyone.

I asked TransitNavigation to find transportation between major cities that I knew had public transportation end-to-end and it told me that it couldn’t, “probably bc the location was outside of our area.” Baltimore to DC? While I’m in Baltimore during train service hours? How much more basic can you get? I wanted to map out a longer trip, but kept getting that “outside of area” notice so tried the Baltimore to DC trip to double check. Definitely erasing from my phone.

I downloaded TransitNavigation to find something to replace AC Transit next bus app that is no longer maintained. I want something that shows me when the bus will be arriving and dropping me off, but this isn’t it.

It does allow me to plan a trip and set a reminder, but it doesn’t allow me to simply look at bus timetables or to know when the next will arrive. Maybe that’s in another part of TransitNavigation , but selecting the cryptic icons just crashes TransitNavigation .

I’ll keep looking elsewhere.

Just downloaded, not use yet but i think it helpful

I had TransitNavigation for a good while and now it’s not up loading anything any address location to and from it will tell me route not found long distant or local areas is there a way to get this fixed? I have deleted it and reinstall it and it’s the same thing and have tried from different locations I have been at trying to see if it connects. Thank you in advance

I have been using TransitNavigation for over a year in CA. I tried using it in Nov and the message says “route not found - this route is probably out of our coverage in current search ”. However I have used TransitNavigation for this location in the past. Now I’m not able to find any location at all. Very disappointing.

TransitNavigation is great it shows accurate time arrival of buses in my location but there is something wrong with TransitNavigation , every time i click start after seeing the list/instructions on what to do after getting on the first bus it crashes to where i have to input information again to get the route.

TransitNavigation is super handy when in a new area. It provides several choices of routes which provides a sense of security knowing there's always a back-up plan.

I travel out of town every week to a different area of the country. I use this extensively and find it very accurate. Great app.

I’ve had TransitNavigation for years. Lately, it’s been spotty at best. Most recently its saying a route which I have taken numerous times in the past is outside its limit. It’s a shame. I really did enjoy TransitNavigation, but it’s just no longer accurately working.

I don't understand why others are complaining?

This was a really awesome app but I think it’s time for an update. The times are off in some areas and I think it would help if there was a list of when all the times are.

Title says it all. It's 30 min to the center of Amsterdam and it's 40 dollars by Uber or 60 by cab.

Or.... 8 dollars by bus/subway thanks to TransitNavigation.

TransitNavigation used to be quite useful. The new version pops up an ad making it more difficult to use. There seems to be no way to pay my $0.99 to get rid of ads. Also the "help" is apparently not available. One star until there's a fix.

Excellent App. Only improvement would be GPS & picture of stops.

TransitNavigation used to be so helpful, but for some reason it stopped working and I have no way to get any route information . Please fix it

TransitNavigation is a must for all bus boarders. The information and timing of the buses were so succinctly accurate!

The first time using app, it was on point!!!

TransitNavigation used to work super well now when I try to find a route it says might be out of coverage area even though it’s searched for it in the past please fix

Terrible at giving wrong information wrong time and wrong routes ....

can't figure out what would where is the terrible app or being hacked

I love using TransitNavigation everyday! It keeps me on track to be there at the bus stop ahead of time or on time. I suggest to update or add in the subway/train. If people are going the the subway/train then they can use TransitNavigation for guiding. It's would be great for for that. Plus, update/add in what time which buses going to be there at the bus stops and the subways/trains as well. Also, going to airport too. It would help if all the things I said was on TransitNavigation to all around the world to use.
