The app has a consistency to not only inaccurately provide the best way to get to your destination, but also falters with timing on when buses should arrive. Two examples: I go to a community college with two bus stops, one going towards the station and one going to the next destination, which wraps around back to the station later on. Instead of showing me the ETA of the bus going to the station, it shows me the ETA of the bus going to the destination, and then back to the station, which results in me sitting there while I watch the bus I'm supposed to be on drive right by, and I'm stuck waiting for another half hour for the bus that takes longer to get to the station. Another example is just today, actually. I was shown that the bus would arrive at my stop at 12:39. When it's around 12:35 and I'm almost at the stop (maybe a few hundred feet away) I watch the bus pass my stop, where I was assuming to be four minutes early because the app told me I would be early, thus I missed the bus due to the fact it gave an inaccurate time and will now be late to my classes. TL;DR: The app isn't accurate, and some improvements need to be made before I even consider recommending this to anyone.

I asked the app to find transportation between major cities that I knew had public transportation end-to-end and it told me that it couldn’t, “probably bc the location was outside of our area.” Baltimore to DC? While I’m in Baltimore during train service hours? How much more basic can you get? I wanted to map out a longer trip, but kept getting that “outside of area” notice so tried the Baltimore to DC trip to double check. Definitely erasing from my phone.

I downloaded this app to find something to replace AC Transit next bus app that is no longer maintained. I want something that shows me when the bus will be arriving and dropping me off, but this isn’t it. It does allow me to plan a trip and set a reminder, but it doesn’t allow me to simply look at bus timetables or to know when the next will arrive. Maybe that’s in another part of the app, but selecting the cryptic icons just crashes the app. I’ll keep looking elsewhere.
