I have a problem with Detroit Lions

The lions app is not working. I have tried force stop and uninstalling. Please help.

To resolve Detroit Lions network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Detroit Lions App
1. On android, goto Settings » Detroit Lions » click [Force Stop]

Clear Detroit Lions App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Detroit Lions » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Detroit Lions.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Detroit Lions » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Detroit Lions » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Detroit Lions
