This is hands down one of the worst scheduling softwares I’ve ever used. It’s clunky, outdated, and half the time I can’t even get it to load and I have to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. The only reason I continue to use it is because that’s the system we have for the whole business. If you have the choice pick something else!

App and PC version are so buggy, the product is unusable. It felt like a beta and I was the unpaid bug tester. Looks great but missing somewhat “obvious” features needed in a fitness software.

The current update that was provided through PTminder Store for the iPhone and the iPad has major bugs in it anytime I try to update any data through the apps it shuts down I've had to delete and reinstall PTminder multiple times and it still continues to just shut down this needs to be addressed immediately.

Numerous issues with PTminder.
-App will not sync appointments to calendar.
-App constantly asks again and again for login credentials
-App reloads updates on startup rather then getting updated from App Store.. To book a class, I start app, wait for it to update on cell data, then I need to login again and book..
Trainer used to use meet-up.. I miss it

I contacted support via chat, this app Tech could not provide instructions nor a screenshot of how to delete an expired card after I add a new one. Tech kept asking for my card, other info which is irrelevant to the issue, nor necessary for instructions on PTminder issue. I have the current version which is 6 months old. The proprietors did not remove or change any app payment features. Please provide current detailed instructions on how to delete an expired card, or update PTminder version so there is an option to delete like a trash can icon.

So my trainer switched to PTminder for a slew of reasons that make his business a lot more cost and work efficient. The one benefit I noticed over our last app he used was the ability to schedule in PTminder .

However PTminder has a HUGE con for those that are using other apps, services, smart accessories, or anything to help track their activity. It does not connect to any outside sources, not even Health Kit. So my trainer can't see my activity outside of working with him. Big bummer for me and it just takes a little use of the API's Apple provides. Make a big update song this and I'll put this 5 stars.

PTminder is great, I found everything I wanted, BUT only 3 stars, because after my trial has ended, I lost my access to PTminder . Guys, sometimes people try trial and then they decide if they want to subscribe or not. But this is rude: I had my work schedule in the account, my finances, and you cut all the access only because I didn’t wanted to pay. You could better cut all the functions, but left me access, cause I didn’t even knew who I will train tomorrow! You frame people! And 70 dollars a month is too much, true!

It has the basic features but it’s not very user friendly. I think the biggest problem is the lack of a weekly calendar view. The weekly view lists client sessions in a task list like format as opposed to what you would expect from a calendar app. The work around is to use the mobile site instead but now, with this latest update, the calendar on the mobile site is compacted and harder to view.

Love it. 24 hour chat service which is extremely helpful.
Also cuts down to the chase of what a trainer needs and clients want.
I absolutely love it. Things are intuitive and adjustable.

One of the only apps that collects money and automatically deducts from the clients’ balances as sessions are reconciled.
