Very buggy and unfair

Changed required subscription level in the middle the book I’ve been reading - from standard to premium, so with my Standard subscription I’m not able to finish the book unless I upgrade to Premium. This is so stupid. I started to use this app because the book I wanted to read was available with standard subscription while most of good ones are available with premium subscription. And now when I’ve read almost half of the book with my Standard subscription, they changed it to Premium. It is so inappropriate. Of course, I will not upgrade knowing the way this company is treating their customers

This app contains a bug . After I insisted the app , my square account was hacked from Russia . I was under impression that iPhone is protected from hackers , but not until you setup a bugged software like this one .
Also . After free trial period , good luck with canceling subscription. It is not easy . The guide they send you is not canceling the charges. I have to use my own true PayPal.
So sad !
Now I have to change all of my other passwords stored on iPhone
