DOMUS One App stopped connecting with my network 3 days ago. Have had 3 different error messages including Schema hasn't been registered for model "user" Use mongoose.model(name,schema) And "pool is draining, new operations prohibited" Very annoying as I use the the DOMUS one app to control my Vantage radiators.

How to fix Domus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Domus app on iPhone
Update Domus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Domus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Domus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Domus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Domus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Domus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Domus App
1. On android, goto Settings » Domus » click [Force Stop]

Update Domus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Domus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Domus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Domus.

Fix Domus unable to contact server/ Domus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Domus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Domus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Domus
