DOMUS One App stopped connecting with my network 3 days ago. Have had 3 different error messages including Schema hasn't been registered for model "user" Use mongoose.model(name,schema) And "pool is draining, new operations prohibited" Very annoying as I use the the DOMUS one app to control my Vantage radiators.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Domus app issues:

Force Stop the Domus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Domus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Domus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Domus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Domus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Domus.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Domus » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Domus » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
