I’ve had this app for a few months and has liked it for backing up photos to get them off my phone. I liked being able to save in folders I created. BUT HERES THE SCAM: when you get to the 10GB limit and need to buy more space, THATS WHERE THEY SCAM YOU!! First, it’s like an act of Congress just trying to find where you buy the space because you can’t do it directly from the app itself. But then when I finally did find it, I paid with my debit card and the screen said it went through but guess what? The app still says 10GB and won’t let me upload to my folders anymore. But yet the auto upload setting is working. Except I can’t load to my folders and I’ve contacted support countless times and no help. SO DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR!!! ALERT!! SCAMMERS!!! It’s so bad that they’ve had to address the problem of buying storage and not getting it in their help section. That tells me this happens A LOT!!!

I am more than upset because someone hacked my account and the app is not helping me recover my photos. I’m doing everything they tell me to do, but still nothing. I can’t get in. I can’t get my photos. There are family photos there, photos of people that I care about. I’m upset because apple recommended this to me, I think I lost the photos and I’m so very angry. I’m calling Yandex and they are rejecting my calls. I feel like nobody is helping me. I DON’T recommend Yandex and I’m so very angry with Apple.

After trying every combination I could think of, I cannot get unlimited photo and video storage. I only have 271 images uploaded out of many thousands. Apparently you have to buy the 1T plan, but you are limited still, to 1T. I will be deleting what few images I’ve stored and then delete the app. There is no “real” customer contact to ask about this. I’d give no stars, but Apple can’t seem to develop the rating system to do so.
