I was looking forward to HailTrace however giving my phone, email personal info was a deal killer for me. Why do they need anything but your location unless they plan to sell it?
HailTrace is absolutely horrible. Worthless.
Like the reviews said....no good for Iphone. I have screaming wi-fi, but HailTrace moves like it's set in mud. Touch interface is slow and jumps all over the place. Time I get zoomed in to an area, it's not 'news' anymore. PC version may work better, I haven't checked it out...
Terrible app won’t stop force closing. Makes it a waste of money. Will be going back to hail recon, because you get what you pay for.
App asks you to log in but gives you no way to register or start an account leaving you frustrated trying to find a way to enter HailTrace . Unless you somehow already have an account it would let not let me use HailTrace or give me the option of registering. No choice but to delete, seemed like it would have been a useful app. Oh well🤷🏻♂️

Seriously awesome. I can literally just hold my thumb on an address and it brings up the hail dates. The canvassing tool is totally customizable too.

Have had hail trace for 4 years now and they are the absolute the best hail mapping service you can have. From the way it works on desk top to the apple app the service works great. Weather a contractor, or auto body company this is a must have tool to scale and grow your company. The only way I will ever find storm effected areas no more waisting fuel driving for days. When using the map with iPad mini every time I try and move about it resizes and moves back. Almost impossible to zoom in and open an icon. 6/14, no updates, in improvement so I'm uninstalling. Junk.
