Lost my password somehow (i don't think so, i just couldn't login all of a sudden) but there's no "forgot your password" option in PoolEmpire . You have to add a customer service lady so that she'll help you. But she'll never reply your message (actually she replied one sentence after three days then disappeared) i deleted PoolEmpire

Really enjoying this game. I would enjoy being in a club however the goals are high to obtain that level😭

Fixed games, unbelievable by partisan and doesn’t do justice for Americans. Rude components and totally fixed from an avid American Pool Junkie!!!!

I was enjoying this game and playing players at or near my lower level. As soon as I purchased the Empire pass, now I keep having to play players over 30 levels higher than me, and I’m only a 15. Why do they have access to Taipei but learning players like me can’t play in Tokyo? Makes this game less realistic, like 8-ball pool.

This free app is great and probably the best one out there. That being said the customer service is horrible. There are options to spend money to improve gameplay (much like any other app.) I lost a pretty good amount of money in a gameplay error and they refused to refund it back to me even though I was a regular player. They certainly lost money from me. I hope they learn for future players enjoyment.

Great pool variety and options for skill challenges. Not great for understanding how to use 'prizes' earned. Few ways to earn gems needed for que purchase or upgrade and unable to buy gems with coins/points earned.

I also play ,that other one. I like this but am a little confused with the ins and outs of what to do and how to do it. Would be nice if I could upgrade to a better cue. The one I’ve got now it is hard to tell which end which. The physics is ok but have only got a few days of playing so far. Will update review in a couple months.

Love this game many different types of games to play.

I usually don’t get to see a new game but this one blew my mind. It was just so fun!

What does pot a ball by reflection mean? I’ve tried banking a ball in and thats not it... the english is just good enough to get you playing and just bad enough to be opaque at times. Still a great game and a very hard game of snooker. I like the different games and modes... top notch game even when played for free

One of the better and for sure accurate ones I’ve played so far good job.

The game is fairly realistic with the exception of allowing some pool shots that defy physics, like cutting object balls at an angle exceeding 90 degrees. I have accumulated lots and lots of cue segments, skill cards, etc, but can find no direction as to how to use them

I think it is very interesting. I can play it with my friend and people all over the world. I think that’s so good. it can make my life to be more wonderful before and mini before this games give me a lot of interest.

I gave it a 5⭐️ just because they give you 5 diamonds 💎 if you give the game 5⭐️’s but the game actually ain’t that good and it’s to slow unless you wanna break out your debit card and by everything you need to be able to compete!

It’s a fun game but you need patience to learn the game. It’s fast moving but fun.
