PURCHASING EMPIRE PASS FORCES YOU TO PLAY HIGH-LEVEL PLAYERS

I was enjoying this game and playing players at or near my lower level. As soon as I purchased the Empire pass, now I keep having to play players over 30 levels higher than me, and I’m only a 15. Why do they have access to Taipei but learning players like me can’t play in Tokyo? Makes this game less realistic, like 8-ball pool.
No customer service!

Lost my password somehow (i don't think so, i just couldn't login all of a sudden) but there's no "forgot your password" option in the app. You have to add a customer service lady so that she'll help you. But she'll never reply your message (actually she replied one sentence after three days then disappeared) i deleted the app

Really enjoying this game. I would enjoy being in a club however the goals are high to obtain that level😭
