The most recent upgrade removed syncing to google calendar which was the best feature. That meant my family could see my work schedule. It also showed all my shifts I. The same calendar I use for everything else.

I paid for the non-trial version. I just checked on the PRO version. I’d be more than willing to pay more for ShiftPlanningCalendar. The PRO version says it syncs with Google calendar in the description BUT the release notes say it was removed. Also, a reviewer from today was complaining that it has been removed. So I guess that’s not for me either.

This was a nice simple app that kept all my shifts organized and could be easily seen by my family. I have it two stars because it worked well for years.

Totally ruined.

Really like ShiftPlanningCalendar. It’s made it easier for me to keep track of my staff schedule. One thing I would like to see in the future is the ability to repeat a shift and to set up a time frame for shift change (we change from days to nights every 28 days). Other than that, all seems good now.

I love ShiftPlanningCalendar, I like that just by looking at an icon/sticker I know what’s going on with my schedule... I just wish they had more of them for purchase... different ones... like the little stickers you would use on a paper calendar... I would buy them all!

I wanted something where all I have to do is tap on the day I'm scheduled and it shows up just like that. I also like that I can quickly email it. This way my husband knows when I work, and my parents and my friends can know when I'm available for making plans. I wish it had more to it. I want to add birthdays. I still have my paper datebook in my purse, but when I don't carry my purse, I still have my phone.

My son and I both work swing, but different schedules. It makes it easier to keep up with each other when making family plans with his brothers.

Simple yet useful app to track your work schedule. I love that I can customize a lot of different aspects but still keep everything in order.

I work a 12 hour schedule so each week I am off and working the opposite days as the week before. ShiftPlanningCalendar makes it easy for me to add my work schedule so I can look ahead into the year and plan my days off...

This shift schedule is great, easy to use, navigate, and setup. It has made it so easy to keep up with my work schedule.

ShiftPlanningCalendar really help me with my shift planning..even when I have a schedule change I’m able to put in my new hours in real time....Oh!!! Did I mention that I Love It!!!

This is by far the best app I have found to track my 24 hr shifts. It was recommended by my friend. I highly recommend it for EMS shifts, I’ve been using ShiftPlanningCalendar for years!

I have been using ShiftPlanningCalendar fir a few years and I love it. It is easy to look at shifts working at a glance with the different colors. I can keep track of mine and my husbands work schedules AND lives!

I use google calendar as well. But for work this calendar works best! I don’t like to confuse my shifts with birthdays or other things like bills, super cheap and way easy to use.

My wife and Myself are Deputy Sheriffs. ShiftPlanningCalendar has tremendously help me with keeping track of both our schedules and off duty details. ShiftPlanningCalendar is extremely easy to navigate and use. Would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been using ShiftPlanningCalendar for over 5 years now and it’s been a great tool to organize my shifts and scheduled plans for the day. I highly recommend it for those looking into simple planning and visualization.

Works great for my crazy schedule. Only issue I’ve had was when my phone had to get stripped it didn’t save over and had to repay and lost my schedule. That might of been a me error though.

I was hesitant about storing my work schedule on my phone because it would get lost in all the other stuff on my calendar.. but ShiftPlanningCalendar made a great way to store only my work related schedule in a specific place!!

Original review: I’ve had ShiftPlanningCalendar for over five years on my iPhone. I have a job with a constantly changing schedule. This handles it VERY well and makes my life much easier. I love the fact that you can sync to your Google calendar. If you have a schedule that changes often, I highly recommend ShiftPlanningCalendar!

My husband works a night rotation and I work a flexible part time days schedule...this is the best tool to coordinate our schedules and keep us organized!
