Can you please add “feature” to be able to use deactivated account or add “activate” button for your support?
I was out of the country for 1.5 years on business and after coming back my account appeared deactivated due to long time inactivity. Navapochta support said - “only way how you can use novaposhta service is to create new email box somewhere and use it” - this is WOW, why can’t I use my already registered email (which I manage and widely use) and should create extra (in this case just for novapochta). Don’t you know it is 2018 outside! Please fix this “expected” behavior.

Last few versions app crashes always 3-4 times while start, if loaded it crashes when I try to see my orders or personal data
After update Новапоштаold has started log out daily.
Combining with new SMS OTP policy it provides terrible user experience.
There should be an option to stay logged, an option to use biometric login, and an option to remember device and use PIN only login.
1. Very bad user interface, just anti-Apple designed and totally unusable without strong logic;
2. Constantly crashed on my iPhone & iPad. Developers each time adding new features but old bugs NOT FIXED;
You are one of the biggest Ukrainian delivery companies, pay someone GOOD iOS app developer to make an app that work, look and feel like NORMAL IOS APP!
First of all, Новапоштаold keeps logging me out. If I don’t use it for a few hours, I have to log in again. That’s annoying AF.
Second, even more so, you should the Latin-letters name for people who use iOS in English. Every time I want to find Новапоштаold in spotlight, I have to switch the keyboard language to Ukrainian. Searching for “nova poshta” would be much easier. And I know it’s possible. Most apps do that.
So, there you go. Fix the bloody thing.
After the latest update i lost all of my deliveries history. Also had multiple issues with adding and tracking new deliveries. I kept getting error after error! Before app was working perfectly well. Now it’s a disappointment. And i see i’m not the only one having issues using Новапоштаold . Please fix the issues!
Please stop adding new features until the application craches are fixed.
can't even use the built-in assistance feature. it's telling me that "a request can't be sent because email is not specified, while _THERE IS NO EMAIL FIELD IN THE FORM_
Support some non-local languages please!! Other than this not a bad app. Delivery service is also excellent all things considered.
I noticed that real-time tracking is not working for packages from Kharkiv, whenpackage on the way, it shows current location as final destination.
I started using Nova Poshta app recently and it seemed to me pretty nice. But I would like to be able to copy a particular post office number and address at least from the list (of post offices around) view or even from the map view. Now I just have to type it manually in order to share it with somebody.
