I've used EasyBackup for five months now and have never had an issue. I was immediately impressed by the speed, accuracy and ability to re-assimilate my contact data fully intact once I needed to. There wasn't any unnecessary removal of duplicates and all contact data was represented neatly and orderly.
I've just downloaded an apparent newer version of Easy Backup and I'm again impressed by its speed and how quickly my contacts are assessed and packaged, ready for SMS, email, etc. Redistribution of my contacts were equally as organized. It's a nice app!

Updating to the latest version of Easy Backup automatically changes the account being backed up from your iCloud Contacts to CardDav, and there’s no longer any way to point it back to your iCloud. CardDav does not have all of the iCloud Contacts. So your backups are screwed. That’s a big problem.

I had used the Easy Backup app for a few years and loved it. I upgraded to the pro version couple of years ago to use the cloud features to have access to my backed up contacts from more than 1 device. I backed up my contacts on Oct 31, 2017 and EasyBackup found and backed up all of my 419 iCloud contacts. After updating to the latest version of Easy Backup which changes to the account it’s backing up to CardDav Contacts EasyBackup only finds 308 of my contacts.

I have sent 2 messages to Easy Backup support but haven’t received a response other than their automated one.

I had Easy Backup Pro, but it stopped working. I tried to contact Support on my app, but there is no response, so I went to EasyBackup Store on my iPhone and re-downloaded the original (non-Pro) version. But now I can’t log in and I can’t create a new account. I PAID FOR EasyBackup AND CAN’T USE IT OR GET ANY HELP!! What is going on???? If you can’t fix it, give me a refund!!

Update: I tried to restore my purchase for EasyBackup. It didn’t work, but a pop-up box said to hit “Buy” and my previous pro version would be restored and I would NOT be charged a second time. Wrong!!! My credit card was charged a second time and EasyBackup STILL doesn’t work. WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK APP. I am out two payments for the worthless pro version and there is no response from the Support emails and in-app messages I’ve sent. EasyBackup is a rip-off!!!!!!!

It was fast and “easy” to use. EasyBackup does it all practically. There is enough however for you to feel like part of the process. However, I did not find the developer’s hawking the PRO VERSION on my and directly stating that because I didn’t purchase his upgrade that I was leaving my information unprotected. Scare tactics don’t go well with me. And then to read the reviews. Read them! I didn’t feel the least bit pressured into going with EASY!

i’ve just tried 6 different apps and this was the first one that worked for me. I have an iphone 6 so i understand it may not be compatible with apps meant for new phone operating systems but i really didnt expect to have such a hard time finding an app that wouldnt just crash or do nothing. thank you for EasyBackup!! i feel safer now that i was able to backup my contacts to my email

I don't have a Mac, so I needed a system to sync my contacts to something, without doing it manually. My contacts do not automatically sync to my computer since I don't have a Mac, and although they used to sync to Outlook, they stopped once I got the iPhone 7. EasyBackup was exactly what I need, is easy to use, and the information is all in one file whenever you need it. Highly recommend!

The description says you can export to excel, but it’s a lie... even when you upgrade to premium. All it exports is is vcf format (v-card) which only adds the contacts to outlook, gmail, or similar mail program. The ability change format to CSV does not exist, even though EasyBackup description clearly states it is. It’s not just a sneaky ploy, it’s outright lying to the customer. I’m not alone, look at forum FAQ discussions (accessible within EasyBackup , under the “support” link. Search the forums for the word “excel” and you’ll see everyone else who feels ripped off by these liars. Avoid EasyBackup at all costs. It’s a scam and they end up with all your contacts, which they probably sell to Russia.

I love EasyBackup., but I have a question about it. Lately I've noticed that every time I do a back-up, it saves 375 contacts, however, I have more contacts than that. Is EasyBackup. only saving my first 375 contacts and then none after that? If that's true, then my 3-star rating stands. If it's still saving all of them, even though it only says 375, then I rate EasyBackup. 5 stars. I tried going to the apps. support page, but it kept crashing, so that's why I'm asking here and hoping someone sees it and responds.

I needed to getting iPhone contacts to my Moto Z Droid phone. I had issues with iTunes and verizon cloud and others. Verizon cloud would not download on the droid and it wouldn't download to the iPhone either due to an older IOS. After several hours trying to transfer my 800 contacts I found EasyBackup. Fixed it easily. BAM! I couldn't believe how easy it was.

Got a new phone. Cspire could not get my contacts off the cloud to download to my new phone. Brought both phones home. Downloaded your app to both phones. Logged in on both phones. Uploaded old phone contacts. Downloaded to new phone. Took about 15 minutes. Easy to use. I only needed the free version. Thank you so very much!!!!

I looked for an app to help me get my contacts from my iPhone to my née MacBook Air after literally HOURS of trying to figure out why my contacts weren’t backing up to iCloud. Man, I was frustrated. EasyBackup saved the day big time! It was so easy to use and worked quickly. Highly recommend!

I have spent over 4 hours trying to get contacts from iPhone 6 to icloud then upload to new iPad running ios12. In desperation I downloaded EasyBackup. Less than 60 seconds I was able to upload thru email and download to iPad. Thanks so much for this service. This will save people so much time and frustration. I used the free version.

So fast, so easy, so good I couldn’t believed, did a back up on my old device, my iPad (same iOS version), into my new iPhone, didn’t take me 3 min to complete the hole back up and restore. It’s great. (Couldn’t do it in an other iPhone 4, with a much older iOS version, but there are earlier version and it let my back up my info in that version)

Super recommended.

I downloaded EasyBackup to export my contacts to Excel. It backed up my contacts painlessly but then wanted to charge me $3 (with a convenient automatic annual renewal!) to export them. This fee wasn’t made clear in the description. Also, EasyBackup prompted me to rate it 5 stars but didn’t allow for a lower rating. Lastly, most of the reviews are obviously written by non-native speakers and are intended to fool the user into thinking they are legitimate reviews. I don’t trust the writers of EasyBackup. Thank goodness I didn’t upload my backed up contacts to their server, wherever that is. Who knows what they would have done with them?!

Many of you and your business depends in your contacts, customers, family and friends. If you are like me probably remember 1 or 2 phone numbers. This will save you from headaches the moment you lose your phone, get it wet or leave the company that provides you with a phone.

This product backs up your contacts to an unknown cloud location, then wanted you to immediately upgrade to a paid version in order to find your backup or backup to locations of your choice. EasyBackup directed you to sign in to your Apple account to approve the'upgrade' without telling you the costs or what the benefits are of upgrading.
Lastly, EasyBackup wants you to click on an 'ok' to post a five star rating... No other options but five stars.
I am highly suspicious of where EasyBackup stores the contacts. EasyBackup gets my ZERO star rating - it doesn't belong on Apple Store.

EasyBackup was a lifesaver. I got a new phone and my contacts were a mess. Duplicates people I had no idea who they even were that are pulled from my email etc. etc. Five minutes with EasyBackup I went from 1050 contacts to 290. It took care of everything with just a couple of quick clicks.

What a life saver. If you didn't have a backup all contacts are gone. Works great!! Email yourself the backup and when you change phones or lose your contacts--on click and they are all back. Can't imagine why anyone wouldn't give 5 stars......

This was so easy. I installed EasyBackup on two iPhones with diff accounts. I backed up all my contacts on one phone and then I logged on to EasyBackup on the other phone and exported 436 contacts in about 5 seconds. It is flawless. I used my google account so I didn’t even have to set up a UN or pass. Great app. 5 stars.

Forgot to back up my contacts before and lost them all. Saw EasyBackup and figured I’d give it a try so it wouldn’t happen again. Easily done and emailed right to my inbox. No more having to click on each contact one at a time and save them!
Highly recommend app.

I’m on phone #7 from Ver***n NOT iPhone 7 (although it happens to be a 7+) but quantity of 7 phones swapped out since October 2017. All the 6plus phones got hot and one even bubbled/melted back plate after one update(went through 3 of those). Then I was moved to 7plus “because their batteries were BUILT to handle future updates and apps.”(I’m on #4 and it ain’t looking pretty!)

Anyway, Thanks to THIS suite of apps, I back up automatically and it uploads to cloud and no worries
