After a recent update it is extremely difficult to scroll through transactions
The new app is very unorganized. It's a pain looking for anything and the only reason why I continue to use it is because mobile banking is my easiest way to go. Bring back the old app
SimplicityCreditUnion doesn’t scroll sometimes. And sometimes all my accounts don’t show up.
i forgot my password and when i click ‘forgot password’ it just takes me back to the login page.
SimplicityCreditUnion is user friendly but their server is extremely slow. I can sign into SimplicityCreditUnion but when it comes to viewing my accounts, it keeps loading. If you're lucky that day, you'll be able to see it. If not, you would have to wait several hours. Also if you do direct deposit, they don't update the account until mid-day. Which is extremely annoying. I can't pay bills until afternoon.
Very handy. So much better than logging on to a computer and having to wait due to security measures.
Once I got it on my phone it works great but wish I could deposit checks without having to go to the bank

SimplicityCreditUnion works AMAZINGLY well on my iPhone 7 Plus! I can deposit checks, and use my thumbprint with TouchID to log in. Easy to use. Great!
SimplicityCreditUnion works very well. I love the check deposit feature. Only thing I wish it allowed me to do is modify my Bill Pay. I can add or cancel but I can't find a way to make changes.
Simplicity’s app is easy to use and there is always someone available to help if something isn’t working or you have questions!
At first I only had a savings account, but then I opened a checking account as well. I was very skeptical about downloading SimplicityCreditUnion, but I'm glad I did. It's very convenient! I can keep tabs on things like when my check is deposited, and I can transfer funds between accounts! 10/10 would recommend

SimplicityCreditUnion is simple to navigate and offers the full range of functions I need to manage my finances 24 hours a day.
I'm a really basic user( I.E.: check balance and maybe deposit the occasional check). From what I can tell it's reliable and consistently available at anytime. Just wish there was a way to see the tentative charges effecting my available balance. Otherwise and overall, a solid Banking App for those that bank through Central City Credit Union or Simplicity.
