NO NO NO

I've been a big fan of wallpaper since the first issue.
I try the IPAD edition and WallpaperNorthAmerica said CANCEL anytime during 30 days. There are NO SUCH OPTION. I have to deal with the magazine people they told me it's itunes, Apple told me it's magazine developer issue. it's like they both set a trap for you.

Why pay more for as a subscriber

This version of WallpaperNorthAmerica seems to crash a lot less. My one big gripe is if I am paying for a two year subscription, why do I have to pay for a download of the same hard copy I have at home?

Difficult

Terrible login and authentication process. No way to add a subscription number to a previously existing account.

Very disappointing. WallpaperNorthAmerica does not work properly by not letting you download issues that you've paid for through your subscription. Been in communication with customer service for 2 weeks now with no reply back from them for 3 days now. Great magazine but horrific app.

Why rotate to read?

Apparently you have to be a Harlem Globe Trotter to read through this magazine. Every two pages I'm being asked to "rotate [the iPad] to read". Sometimes it has to be vertical. Sometimes it has to be horizontal. I need to constantly spin the stupid thing to read anything. Really, really poor design choice. Can't tolerate it. Deleting.

Terrible ux/ui

I can not download any previous purchases, including the $8 issue I bought yesterday. Which I am yet to read!

If your team is going to put out an app that’s is this bad, you should be ashamed to charge people to use it.

This works as it it is an early beta, not a 6th version.

Update Dec 2017 Yet another magazine that has removed all of the multimedia aspects and returned to a flat 1990’s scanner resolution in their new and ‘improved’ app. Disappointing.

Fast download

Nice content, could be better. Need zoom in functionality and a way to store of websites to research products at a later time.

Ugly non-retina graphics

I had forgotten how bad it can look. Also print subscriptions fail. According to support you need to sign out and not use WallpaperNorthAmerica for 48 hours from time to time.

Can not exit issue!

So I downloaded WallpaperNorthAmerica and downloaded the current september issue to try out how the magazine app works, and it will not let me exit the issue without deleting WallpaperNorthAmerica and redo loading it, closing WallpaperNorthAmerica doesn't even do it. there are no controls I can pull up to navigate the magazine which I assume is a glitch. I hope the issue is fixed so I can switch my review to 5 stars, I love this publication.

Landscape view?

It's great being able to read the magazine on my iPad, but it's missing a key feature, namely, the ability to view two pages at once - full screen - in landscape mode. There's so much two-page content in the magazine which loses its efficacy and power because this feature is missing.

I'm a wallpaper addict and just got an iPad mini. WallpaperNorthAmerica is great! Easy to use and no dead ends. Plus it looks so sleek and smart. Yay for design made easy and accessible
