My LLS Reviews

To echo the sentiments of the other reviews, using MyLLS is vey frustrating to say the least. When you login in, it does not allow you to register for the current year's LTN event - only allows you to view years prior. MyLLS freezes often and takes several attempts to to get to the actual page you are attempting to access and when you do access the page it only has very limited info. I only downloaded MyLLS bc the website wouldn't allow me to login via safari from a mobile device, the only option was to download MyLLS , which is very little help.

I just downloaded MyLLS thinking it would be helpful. But when I logged in and selected my event I noticed a couple of things were wrong. The first thing that was wrong was the date of my event. The Nike Women's Marathon is listed as being on October 13, 2012; it should be October 14, 2012. The other thing that is wrong is my fundraising information. None of my donations are showing and my goal amount is wrong as well. Hopefully all of this will get fixed quickly!!

I love the concept behind MyLLS . I just wish it worked. When I click accept donation button it practically freezes up while loading. It usually works after about 5 minutes. That just isn't practical if hosting a benefit or in a situation where multiple people want to donate. Who wants to wait in line to donate?

MyLLS supposedly let's you deposit your fundraising checks, but what really happens is that it opens a page in your browser on your phone and then you are supposed to be able to deposit the checks there...it used to work about 50% of the time. But now it never works. Hasn't worked in over a month.

I just did a fundraiser so I came home to donate ($300). When I was using MyLLS , I entered all my info and clicked donate. I then got an error saying the transaction could not be processed. I tried again, thinking maybe my info was wrong. Clicked donate, same error. So I went to the website... My card gets declined... So I'm thinking how?! MyLLS processed my payments both times, did not credit my page, and now I'm missing $600. Ugh! What s nightmare

I'm finding that I can not use MyLLS as much as I would like. When I receive donation checks from people, I don't usually have their email address which prevents me from using MyLLS to process the donation. Why not be able to put in the donor's address instead??

With some nurturing by knowledgeable UX people MyLLS could grow into a powerful tool. It's frustrating that "settings" does not allow the user to customize app features. MyLLS should not log me out every time I shut it down - if I wanted it to be passcode/password protected, I would set that preference in my settings page. Has the potential to be awesome but currently, I'm unimpressed.

When it is working, it works very well for me but this time it is not working. I received an email from LLS that my login will remain the same as in the past. I've been participating non Stop in TNT for 8 years and using MyLLS for at least 6 events so I know my login. When I try to log into MyLLS now, I get a message saying my login is no longer active.

I used MyLLS for my 2014 run & overall it worked fine but for my upcoming event I can't log in & there are no error messages or even a contact number on the front page. It's insanely frustrating!
Please get your act together so we can quickly get our donations entered & put towards our mission!

When it works, it makes it easy to process check donations. Unfortunately it often doesn't work (can't login, crashes, etc.) But it's worth having for when it does work.

Love that you can view all years. Don't love the obscure password that you have to enter each time. Facebook has never worked!!! I was one of the 1st to download and notified support. Would love to be able to post!!! Fun way to keep notified!!!

This is a good app! I like how I can view my fundraising status on the go. Just a few feature suggestions that would help improve it would be:

1. Add the ability to save your account
login so you don't have to input your
usernm/pass each time MyLLS is
opened.
2. Add copy and past to all sections of
MyLLS .
3. Allow users to save their own fund
raising letter under as a seperate
template along with the provided
examples.
4. Push notifications for new donations
& goals reached.

I love scanning in checks.

If they would just add the ability to enter blog posts, then MyLLS would be five stars for me. The website doesn't open in Safari browser, so I can't use my iPhone or Safari on my PC to write blog posts.

Great app, but won't let me change my password. I looked under Settings, but there's no place to change your password. (Especially annoying if you forgot it, had them email a new default one & then there will be no way to remember the default one.)

Great for on people on the go who want to keep track of your fundraising or to send a quick thank you email to a donor. Look forward to using MyLLS for many future events. Go Team!

Amazing app, super excited to raise money for kids with cancer!

I am so thankful LLS came out with an app. It's helpful, easy to use and easy to navigate! Now that technology is taking over the world and apps are being design to use at your finger tips it makes it super easy to keep track of your goals! WTG LLS! Keep it up!

This is very intuitive and works fast. It gets your donations deposited so quickly. Makes it very easy to get a donation now rather than wait and hope a donor sends a check or logs into your fundraising page.
