Signature2Go is not user friendly. Having Bank of America as another one of our banks and using their mobile app puts this one to shame. Hopefully Signature Bank can learn from their app.

1. To pay your bills is the most difficult thing ever.
2. If you accidentally set the wrong date to pay the bill you can’t just go back to edit. You have to delete the whole thing and make a new one. If you choose to edit it on Signature2Go it only lets you edit the address.
3. It always says the bill is overdo when it is not. Or maybe the bank doesn’t pay it on time even though we set an early payment date.

I don’t understand how this can be so bad.
The new UI is clunky and there’s so many redundant options that could be categorized better. Aggravating and confusing to try and read all this tiny print when I just want to check my balance and transactions quickly.
Tapping/clicking on things like your balance won’t take you to see it, you have to find the microscopic print where it says “transitions” in the tiniest hit box ever and hope that Signature2Go doesn’t crash or redirect you out of Signature2Go .
Also, why does my new debit card look like my neighbor’s driveway after their kid smashed it with a hammer?

Hate Signature2Go . 9 times out of 10 I login and it tells me my accounts are unavailable and I have to click the return home button about ten times to get to my accounts or log out and back in numerous times if that doesn’t work. Needs to be fixed.

The mobile deposit features is incredibly frustrating. The camera alignment makes it difficult to take a picture of any check. I don’t really understand how you can mess up such a crucial feature of a banking app.

Pleas fix the image capture feature for mobile check deposit. The alignment is WAY off and it is extremely difficult to get a good image.

Dear signature bank. I can no longe deposit checks remotely. It appears you need to update Signature2Go for work with current iOS 11 update. Very frustrating and disappointing

SBOFA uses a third party source to make their app and I have to call bank all the time to report it’s not working. They have some good people there to provide support but it’s Signature2Go developers. I’m always told to reinstall. I don’t have issues with other banks or constantly reinstalling with others I work with so there’s that benchmark. Can be very frustrating to mobile deposit, that is what I have the most trouble with and the one feature I really want!!!

Lowering my rating. The Face ID doesn’t work all the time. It failed 3 times and disabled Face ID and now I can’t get it turned back on!
