I have had MontgomeryAdvertiser for 2 months and still it will not allow me to sign on I can change the password MontgomeryAdvertiser will day your password is fine then I will go to sign in and MontgomeryAdvertiser starts all over and locks me out

Delivery was discontinued in my area. After being contacted, my wife opted to CONTINUE our digital subscription AND ADD mailed Advertisers.

Since that discussion over three weeks ago I have received NO mailed newspapers and my digital subscription was apparently CANCELLED.

I have called Customer Service two times. During the second call, almost two weeks ago, the rep said a supervisor would call me. I have received no call. I have been asked to do a survey about the rep that I talked with. The reps are extremely courteous and the survey is COMPLETELY about their courtesy. Unfortunately, there is no question about whether my problem was answered.

No way to stay in business.

I am a subscriber for more than 75 years including the time I was introduced to your publication in the home of my parents. Many of us have formed our opinions from this publication. The US Senate race this year is sending a message to the World. Three of your competitors have already demonstrated great courage in making an endorsement of Doug Jones. I am challenging USA Today to step up if you want to be taken seriously as a leading newspaper in Alabama.

Purchased a new car home and already had an active subscription. App keeps telling me to subscribe and when I tried, even though I already had one, told me I was subscribed but won’t reinstate my subscription.

Even though you have to pay through a subscription to be able to use MontgomeryAdvertiser there are ads. I don’t understand this but okay. Now the ads pop up and don’t let you even read the content. Worse than that, I can’t even get the ad to move when it’s finished.

I signed up and paid for a subscription then downloaded MontgomeryAdvertiser . It has ads even with a paid subscription. I don’t want to see ads if I subscribe and pay. I’ll go through my browser with ad blockers instead.

If have problems trying to pay my account. When I sign in, MontgomeryAdvertiser shows I’m logged in but keeps going back to login instead of moving on to my account information.

App is not working since IOS 14 update

This is very annoying.

Only paper to charge a subscription for garbage reporting.

First MontgomeryAdvertiser does require a subscription which I just signed up for. I was able to connect and login without any problems. But I was very surprised to see ads within an app that require subscriptions. I understand ads in the print form of the paper and I understand ads in a free app but I was disappointed to see them in MontgomeryAdvertiser.

Also the speed of the of MontgomeryAdvertiser is horrible. The downloading of content initially is slow over fast Wi-Fi and alps over 4G. Images take forever to load. If the speed of initial download could be improved MontgomeryAdvertiser would be so much better. Take away the ads for paying customers and you have 4 out 5 stars.

MontgomeryAdvertiser is great! It is streamlined and allows you to easily read the local news. I enjoy the speed and layout! Great app! Thank you! For anyone, such as the reviewer ECgrade, in order to log in, you must have a subscription. The newspaper and digital content is now based on subscription access. Contact local support for any additional issues you may have and I'm sure they will be happy to answer any question you may have.

I enjoy MontgomeryAdvertiser because I'm updated throughout the day with news from all around the river region. I rarely have time to think about news, but with the headlines delivered directly to my phone I can take a couple of minutes and stay updated on what is going on in the area.

I enjoy the print addition when in town and appreciate the excellent app online when out of town. I look forward to each addition.

I have been away from Montgomery for over thirty years, but being able to read about the happenings everyday makes me feel like I am there. I do miss the Josh Moon editorial. He was frank, honest and factual.

Always good to be informed and the montgomery advertiser always assist with being in touch with what's happening! Love the news bulletins through out the day!

More than a morning newspaper. The news is available as it happens. MontgomeryAdvertiser is definitely user friendly.

Easy to use and love getting notifications for news

MontgomeryAdvertiser opens to a spam page! You can't do anything until the spam finally goes away on its own. Then you finally get to see some news.

Every time I open MontgomeryAdvertiser, a boot sale advertisement opens up & then freezes. I stopped getting home delivery because I would never get my newspaper. Now I pay monthly for MontgomeryAdvertiser & still can’t read the news. Fix your App Montgomery Advertiser!!
