downloaded new app, can't log in. "you have encountered an error" redirect doesn't occur
We have an issue with not receiving our paper on a regular basis. Most recently we missed Friday, 2/16 and today 2/19. I tried to start an on-line chat but will not give my personal or credit card information as required to continue. This is a continuing issue and has been reported many times. Today is 05/10/23 and once again I must report a failed delivery of my subscription. I have previously reported the exact same failure to deliver on numerous occasions beginning with the last months of 2022 and continuing into this year. Please be advised that if this becomes a trend as was experienced earlier this year I will cancel the subscription and post widely and loudly about the inability of the Star Ledger operation to honor the terms of their contract for daily and uninterrupted delivery. This is MOST AGGRAVATING!
I have been a Star Ledger home delivery customer for years. I pay for print delivery 7 days a week. It's expensive. The delivery of the paper for the past year has been terrible. It gets delivered late morning if it gets delivered or not delivered at all. This week I called the Star Ledger because the paper was not delivered on Tuesday. I was supposedly credited for Tuesday and the paper was delivered to my doorway on Wed and Thursday but not delivered today Friday. I didn't ask for it to be delivered to my front door and it was very nice of the delivery driver to do so. The driveway is fine. I'm not sure what's going on. I do have access to read the Star Ledger on line, but I am one of those people that really likes to read the paper in hand. Are you having delivery driver problems in my area? I have not been able to log in to my account. When I click on "manage subscriptions" it goes into "loading" mode and stays there. All I want to do is to suspend delivery from Wed. Sept 21 and resume on Wed Oct 6. I have been a subscriber for many years and have never had this kind of trouble notifying S-L of a vacation stop until these past few months.
