My paper was delivered this morning, however, it was thrown so far on my lawn and not in my driveway that I will have to wait for the ice to melt (sometime in the spring) in order to get the paper. Called your customer service and that was a waste of time!
Trying to make an online payment has been impossible because of the difficult, unclear and not help full prompts on your site. Never have any problem with the NY Post and Wall Street Journal sites. If not cleared up by Monday, 11/27 will not be renewing my subscription! Your choice.
I absolutely do not want to pay five dollars to resolve my delivery problem. Five dollars refundable, seriously! Shame on the Star Ledger. I have reported this situation at least fifteen times since I have a new carrier. Where is my paper? it is 9:19 on a Sunday morning and I have absolutely nothing. I was informed that it was a weather difficulty. Really, I did not notice any snow in Somerset, New Jersey, and this is an on-going excuse. I have keep getting in my car and driving to pick up a paper. I am a senior citizen with a disability. This is just not fair. Noting on other e-mails that seems to be an on-going situation with a lot of your customers. What is going on and where is my paper, AGAIN.

I put a vacation hold on the star ledger from 11/21 to 11/25. The vacation hold should have stopped on 11/26/22. I have not received the paper on 11/26, 11/27, 11/28, and 11/29. I have called customer service numerous times on those days and was told that the carrier would be notified to restart delivery. However, I am still not receiving my paper. If this problem is not resolved by tommorow, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription.

I live at 91 Tappan Ave. in Belleville, NJ. I have not received my paper any day this week. In fact, I typically do not receive the paper over half the time.
I called the customer service phone number and was told I get my paper at 6:00pm no paper I called again and the recording is going to credit my account. Please in the near furture do not let this happen again. or get me a new delivery person who you can depend on.

Again there was no comics section in our digital copy of the paper. This make three times over past four or five weeks. Please send me the comics section and correct whatever the issues are.
I am a long term print subscriber. For the last few weeks I have not been getting all the issues every day. (I have gotten only 2 daily deliveries-about 1 per week-for the last several weeks). I have tried to access the "manage my subscriptions" at your website but all I see is a "loading" message which goes on and on. Did you get my update of my Credit Card? Is there no phone number where I can reach a real person to talk to?
Please resend the email message pertaining to the rise in the cost of the newspaper plus the suggested money for the delivery person. I have tried to use the email address custserv@redacted but was unsuccessful. Why is that? Thank you for your assistance.

The previous iPad app worked great…why did you have to replace it with an inferior, broken app? Every few days I am unable to download an issue to read. Today is one of those days. I click 'download' and get the message 'preparing to download…..and that’s where is remains. If I close the app and try again, same thing happens. I pay to receive issues every day, yet several issues a month I do not get because of this inferior app. When are you going to fix this?

The last version of the app worked just fine. This new version does not allow you to print any of the puzzles. The “official” workaround is to take a screen shot of the puzzle and print the screen shot. Really?! That’s the best they can come up with. Whatever happened to making sure everything works before you force a new version on your customers!

I read the Star Ledger on my iPad. I never had any problems with the old version of the app. This version is very annoying! Just when I sit down to read my paper, THE APP HANGS! Nothing I can do but try again the next day. The entire screen becomes non-responsive and I have to totally quit the app to try again. If I can’t download the paper why am I wasting my money on a subscription???
