Anytime a local news source chooses to require a fee for information about a serious health threat, it gives the public insight about the motivating philosophy behind that source. We have a constitutional right to a free press in this country. Some would argue that refers only to freedom of expression for the news source. However, I feel many more would argue that we as citizens of a country in the midst of a terrible pandemic have a right to free news affecting our very existence. YOUR MOTIVATION IS OBVIOUSLY GREED! Please take your rag of a newspaper and put it where the sun doesn't shine

I subscribed to the digital edition of the Star Press, what a waste! Same stories for several days in a row. It was my understanding that the digital edition was the same as the print. However, I see stories on the front page of the printed edition that I never see in digital! Am I doing something wrong in the app? Will definitely not renew my subscription!
Once you subscribe, it’s nearly impossible to cancel online!

I’ve been trying to cancel my digital subscription. I can’t find a phone number, and there is no way to cancel online Also, my initial digital subscription was $9.95
Now, I’m up for a yearly renewal and they are charging me $48 without any prior notice! Beware
