Inloggen op de computer gaat via de app. Wat dan als de app crasht na een update (zoals vandaag). Door een probleem veroorzaakt door de bank kan je opeens niet bij je rekening. Een alternatieve inlog bij de computer ( via e-mail of via tfa of …) is dus noodzakelijk. Zolang dat niet wordt geleverd moet ik deze app met 1 ster beoordelen. Het is trouwens niet de eerste keer dat deze app crasht na een update. net als de vorige keer moest ik de app weghalen en opnieuw installeren en mezelf opnieuw authenticeren. Een hoop werk dat ik moet doen door een fout van de IT van de bank.
