It’s a terrible app and bugging you all the time. Many times I chatted with my friends and then our topics appear suddenly when I open 今日头条 . I can understand if it collects my web searching information and push ads, but bugging my daily conversation, horrible!! Do not use it!! I want to give them negative stars if I could!
Use lots of battery in background, you can’t disable it

This viscous app runs in the background and uses lots of battery. Check your battery usage stats. It managed to hide itself from the Background App Refresh list, which means you can’t disable it. Is it a bot or spyware?

Most of the “news” are overly exaggerated and writers do not have courtesy to check on some fundamental facts. Unless you are consistently looking for some stupid stories or random gossips to chat with and contaminate the mind of 13 year old, this is not 今日头条 you want to read “news” from.
